Clam juice is used in Canada to make a drink called a "Caesar". Tomato Juice, Clam juice, Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco sauce, pepper, lime, and a celery stick. Of course you could just buy Clamato Juice (mixture of clam and tomato juice).... which is delicious even on is own!
