lol what are you talking about? that's not true, the first week of release they had activation issues because of servers being so overwhelmingly overloaded with people activating iPhone; but that's it for activation issues....unless it's the user that can't figure it out and if that's the case, Apple has an excellent help page for those non-computer savvy people
