Polar bears are excellent swimmers. They're smart enough to know a free ride on an ice chunk when they see it. There's a photo that the environmentalist deceivers used to show a supposed stranded polar bear on an ice chunk. It was discovered that the whole picture (not the cropped picture) showed the ice was attached to land, not free floating.

the earth has been around for a couple billion of years. A couple thousand years is a blink of an eye. Technology has been used for 120 or 150 years to document temps and try and track the climate. This is hardly long enough to determine any significant trend when you're looking at the big picture. And over this 100 years, they've documented about 1-1.5 degree Celsius of change. I would certainly call that within margin of error. Do you really expect it to stay EXACTLY the same for 150 years?

finally..even if global warming was true, most scientists agree that even if we stopped all emissions right now, it would no affect for possibly many hundreds, if not thousands of years, so whats the point? The human race consumes vast resources and pollutes w complete disregard to the environment. This org attempts to help those that are affected by our actions. On the research for environment comity we found 10+ dead polar bears lying in tall grass and they were half eatten by other mammels. No they are not. "Research" can prove anything. There are about 20 subspecies of polar bears, and only 2 species of those are in danger of extinction. Other 2 are actually growing, and the remaining 15 or 16 are perfectly fine. As for ice, check up on the recent NOAA information: all the ice came back in 2007, one of the coldest years in recent history. That's why "global warming" shite has not become "climate change". How convenient.

What you need to do is google for some basic facts. Such as the population of polar bears in 1980 and in 2009. Then come back here and report whether you would qualify that as "dying". Again, google is your friend :) Ice melts, then comes back, then melts again. Happened since time immemorial, and we can contest evidence from old times (how did they measure it in the 14th century?) but there's no contest about temperature studies in the 20th century. Temperatures went up until 1940, then went down until 1970. And so forth. I would encourage you to pick up some basic books that cover actual facts. So, no, the ice is not melting anymore than it always does, before it comes back.

Polar bears are excellent swimmers. They're smart enough to know a free ride on an ice chunk when they see it. There's a photo that the environmentalist deceivers used to show a supposed stranded polar bear on an ice chunk. It was discovered that the whole picture (not the cropped picture) showed the ice was attached to land, not free floating.

the earth has been around for a couple billion of years. A couple thousand years is a blink of an eye. Technology has been used for 120 or 150 years to document temps and try and track the climate. This is hardly long enough to determine any significant trend when you're looking at the big picture. And over this 100 years, they've documented about 1-1.5 degree Celsius of change. I would certainly call that within margin of error. Do you really expect it to stay EXACTLY the same for 150 years?

finally..even if global warming was true, most scientists agree that even if we stopped all emissions right now, it would no affect for possibly many hundreds, if not thousands of years, so whats the point? I've seen Al Gores movie(even bought it sadly). Mainstream scientists have all came out and said that his predictions were very extreme and unrealistic, thats why the British Courts threw his evidence out. Until I see evidence that outweighs common sense and logic, i'm sticking to my guns.

Don't get me wrong though, I don't believe in pollution, or over hunting or wreckless deforestation or anything like that. I really don't. It's important to keep this place in the best shape as possible and to minimize the human footprint. But arguing that everything bad on earth (Katrina, manmade forest fires, tornadoes, take your pick) is due to climate change (formerly global warming) is complete ignorance. No they are not. "Research" can prove anything. There are about 20 subspecies of polar bears, and only 2 species of those are in danger of extinction. Other 2 are actually growing, and the remaining 15 or 16 are perfectly fine. As for ice, check up on the recent NOAA information: all the ice came back in 2007, one of the coldest years in recent history. That's why "global warming" shite has not become "climate change". How convenient.

Again, google is your friend :) Ice melts, then comes back, then melts again. Happened since time immemorial, and we can contest evidence from old times (how did they measure it in the 14th century?) but there's no contest about temperature studies in the 20th century. Temperatures went up until 1940, then went down until 1970. And so forth. I would encourage you to pick up some basic books that cover actual facts. So, no, the ice is not melting anymore than it always does, before it comes back.

The polar bear was put on the marine mammal protection list in the 80's when there were less than 1700 breeding pairs left. Now there are 25,000+ breeding pairs... wonder why theres no damned food! Those hunters who enjoy shooting those innocent animals are certainly not endangered. In my view those hunters-including Sarah Palin- are the most dangerous animals! Im from Turkey. It is said that Mediterrenean will be one the most affected areas by global warming. According to meteorologists rain and snow decreased %20 and Turkey already lost %30 of their lakes. There will be a huge water crisis.

Die in our childrens' lifetime??? How about in OUR lifetime! With the extinction of animals closer because of climate change, does it even really matter whether we've caused it or not? Whether we'll admit that it's our fault or not, we should still do everything within our power to try to stop it. Besides, he didn't even mention global warming, only climate change. Have you ever even tried researching it instead of wasting your few braincells into typing a few words expressing how much of an idiot you are? Have you seen the patterns of the arctic ice melting? Or the snowcaps in mountains like the Swiss Alps that used to be known for their beautiful scenery, but now are diminishing into nothing but dirt and rocks? These people have and EDUCATION studying things like this and know what they're talking about Obviously you don't.

Even if some of you people think it Global Warming a scam, shouldn't we at least try to make our world better in case it ever does happen? How can you explain the sudden decrease if types of migratory birds that used to migrate to warmer climates and now have changed their route to find a cooler climate? You can believe what you want but we all need to just try to do better job about keeping our planet cleaner.
