  • Greetings, I personally like to use a sharp (blade) 8 inch or 10 inch chef knife...much like the one I used in the video. The reason being...I like the weight of the knife and it really cuts through the softer bones and ribs. I think you can find a large selection on the internet...I would suggest you google the brands and select the knife or set that best suits your needs.
