Hi. I'm new to your channel. I really love your take on this! In Malta, a traditional recipe is stuffed marow. (Usually a lighter green variety tho). I do mine like yours. In 2 big halves. But, may cut them in rings, and scoop out pockets to stuff them. But, we cook ours in broth! Made with any stock you like (or water), celery, carrots, and peas. It makes the marrow very sweet and suple. Thanks for sharing tho! I love your accet. I can listen to you all day! Very calming. Like the way you cook
I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?
So many questions and so little time.
I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?
i love your cooking and the accent..please give us some MORE reciepes..we are eagerly waiting for that...thank you very much..please update more reciepes
What a very nice garden - and a terrific recipe as well! Simple and effective and flavorful and relatively healthy too! It's even a quick preparation. Another meal well made, thanks for sharing.
Jemeela,your cooking always looks so healthy with vegetables.I have not seen Marrow in japan around me but it's the kind of pumpkin?I got it in my dictionary,or cucurbitaceous vegetable?
and I could not get that spice with my ears what you explainned,you put it first into the pan b4 garlic,what was that?you always makes me join your party to eat your homemade dish,thank you!:)

@TheCheffEddie
i use a Sony DSC-P9 camera.
the camera is just held normally. there is no tripod or special equipment.
i use Windows Movie Editor.
the voice is recorded by the camera and not dubbed in later.

I've never seen a zucchini that large! Is it some kind of variety that can be found in the US?
Recipe looks delicious, as usual from Jameela.

you may want to see if you can find zucchinni (sp?) squash---it looks similar and it's what I'd use here in the US.
yiminnybuck 3 years ago
Yeah it's also called a Zucchini. The spices i used were Cumin Seeds, and Garlic Salt or you can use normal Salt.
The herbs i used was Rosemary, Thyme and Bay Leaves.
