Hey coban1907: blitz has a delay on it. So the high hits are the ags specs and the 10-20s are the blitzes. You will see that in gmaul rushing the blitz tends to stack with the maul spec. It is not a private server.

What used to suck the most about the whole skull/protect item thing would be when you were rushed by a fast special weapon (like ags or dbow pretty much all the damage is done in a second) while you were skulled and lose your gs or claws. Unlike in a fight you always have the protect item pray on.

@TpendragonT Think of it like this. The blitz has a delay on it. So just say i am standing on the runecrafting symbol at g.e then i blitz and press attack. The blitz animation CANNOT be done while moving so its creates a delay, so the game engine thinks i am next to the target but the runescape screen is still stuck doing the animation. So this means the ags hits before the blitz. Because of this delay.
