Look at the person and remember the face, he and his father will promise you the moon and leave you with a total mess. They started a simple 3-4 day plumbing job around Thanksgiving and it is still not finished. It was left a mess, the plumbing inspections were not done, and now I have a giant hole in front of my house with exposed pipes to the cold. The water company had to withhold permits just to get this far. Let my misfortune be your warning.
