I don't know her whole name, and I always have a heard time pronouncing it. They have the no parent allow policy. They open up fall 2010 and close in Spring 2011. They did some extraction on my kids. My daughter said one of the hygenist call her a crybaby. Very unethical and unfriendly, unprofessional.

This is the same company as Kool Smiles in Greenville. We took our kids there and had the worse dental experience you can imagine. You are cattle herded in and out, you wait a minimum of 45 minutes past your appointment time and they charge you after you have already paid for a service. We had a procedure done on one of our children on 7-9-09 and we got a bill saying we owe more on 8-19-10. This place is horrific. Goggle Kool smile complaints and you will see the carnage they produce.

I went to small smile in baltimore when i was 18 and really it was bad there...they was rude and doing procedures they had no reason to do...they lied and told me i had 10 cavities and when they did my fillings they didnt completely numb me and refuse to give me another shot its just a list of thing i could name...im 20 now and im a dental assistant and this is just wrong ethically
