Yes, however the quest zones are split down the middle, half for Order, half for Destruction meaning the two only tend to meet in the RVR Zones.

Depends on personal play style. Engineer puts out more damage, but that's just because an Ironbreaker is a tank.

shadow warriors have lots of long range, seen o the forums they can shoot as far as 100 ft (feets is the measurements when compared to WoW with their yards)

Its the next level it terms of land and its difficulty to quest there.

Note whichever side you choose make sure you choose the right realm b4 you start building a character.

Man you can really up your damage by throwing in an acid bomb (armour debuff). Your normal turret scratches, but after the debuff it does respectable damage.

It's a part of the Dwarf lore, if you don't like it, don't play a Dwarf. Plain and simple. Just like in WoW, people had to use the Gyrocoptor for Gnomes, that thing is loud as crap, but they deal with it.

so far on my lvl 13 engie, spanner swipe, melee attack that slows targer by 40%. Friction burn, 30 yard AoE linear attack. Blunderbuss blast, a gun skill that can be used at melee range with AoE damage over a small area

40, but numbers dont matter.

I mean like in WoW its 1-70 and takes like an average player 1 month to reach that level. In LOTRO highest level is 50 and takes as much time as WoW does to reach that number. So ye, the number doesnt matter as much as the time required to reach the level.

It can take a month of semi-casual play to get to 70 by pure grinding/questing, no PvP or farming.

How much control do you get over the battle outcome of an MMORPG? because rts and even fps you will likely decide the fate of a game (by noobiness or pwnage). "Oh you were afk? we didn't even notice". Also how long (in hours) do people play them to get to a fun level where you can do stuff like this? from what i have seen played and fought engineers arent really great at all for making offensive assaults more of this is the line of stand kinda dudes but even then when you got 4 black orcs and some marauder and chosen charging you you beter pack you gyro and make for the rune priets skirt or you will be mutilated

man when i play on beta there seems to be a really pricey problem with order the player on order will move on and leave you behind to die like our firned on the vid when i played chaos they heal and stick togheter quite often what i try to do with my chosen is sneak around the enemy and use an aoe knockback to kock em twords the fight it makes taking spots easy unless they catch me then i get gang raped lol but its a good tactic
