On my car I use fulle syntec oil also a long life system I can ride 2 year of 50.000 km between maintenance.
But on a old design I ask meself if this was the right oil but my best friend google told me I can do it,

The torque thing is Called a Torque Wrench here, I know you were struggling with the term. The orange thing, We Call a Funnel. I couldn't Isolate that to repeat it to you. No I'm not giving you shit just trying to help you with English slang. Well I am very Happy that you use Something blue on the Bike!!! Even if it is the oil!! hahha!
