Now the negative: It's so totally 100% untrue. I don't know what version of Mac OS you're using, or to what crash-free never-fail Windows version you are comparing it to, but there is no way Mac OS X isn't at least ten times as user-friendly as Windows XP. I say this as a longtime windows user, recent switcher, and I could easily come up with half an hour of complaining about XP
