  • what the hell is that man?are you trying to work triceps,lats? triceps-good old fashioned bottom position bench with a 2-3 inch bar-5x5.back-deadlifts-5x5,bar­bell rows-5x6,power cleans-5x5,weighted chins-5x max,snatch grip shrugs-5x5.stick just to basics.unless its the russian pullover/press.that is one wicked ass exercise.milo has it in their books.
