No, usually when a video has it's soundtrack removed due to copyright, a red banner appears underneath the video saying that, and the volume control gets stuck on mute. That's not happening here. So, maybe a mistake made by the uploader?

Actually I think I was wrong, it seems the new method is to simply block the sound, leave the volume control with the appearance of functionality, and not admit that that's been done. All copies of this song are either silent, or cutting out at 4:25/4:26. This new Youtube system of handling copyrighted music shows promise in *some* ways, but really sucks in others.
