I've been impressed with this band since I heard them play "Thunder and Blazes"...or "Entrance of the Gladiators'. They're clean and tight with no "muddy" sound.....BRAVO...THANKS, Xizhi
Wonderful! Very well done, and I really liked the tempo...one that the band could march to quite comfortably...am not sure about marching with the fagott though. I played bassoon and oboe for a few years. The bassoon has such a unique sound, but it's just not very powerful.I wouldn't have been able to carry it while marching and playing.
These guys are GOOD.....VERY GOOD. I'm sure the sound suffers from being recorded outside where the acoustics are terrible..but it still is a VERY fine recording.

To be recorded the National Football team by their surprising victory against the Denmark's soccer team by 3 -1 (Jun 24, 2010) featuring their star player ' Honda' along with Endo y Okazaki, Now ready to face the fierce of Paraguay.
They sounds pretty clear and professional what in turn is something that deserves their recordists and mixing engineers. Highly enjoyable to learn how-to record band to the open air.
wow great...

The Japanese Eastern Army Band does a magnificent 1812 Overture as well complete with the cannons fired with razor-sharp precision!

they play it 'prettier' than we do in the USA. Perhaps they have more wood winds. the brass is not as threatening! But muusically its very correct

i think they're just more discipline in studying their craft
