This one came out in the mid '90s, about 1996, and was definitely in season 28. Pretty sure it's sung by Jerry Nelson, too, just FYI. I do love seeing these clips, Sesame gang, just don't forget to fill in the info space! :-)

no it couldn't be as new as 96.
i remember it from when i was very young, i was born in 88, it has to be late 80's early 90s. i can believe 91 maybe... but not anything past that.
i could be wrong... i just rememeber it and think its a little older than 96
