  • Great Video. what was it shot on? lights ? filter? Incidentally in Mexico they do not allow divers in the water with the Whale Sharks and only two snorkelers at a time with their guide. Think maybe in the future these guys might also look at limiting the number of divers allowed at a time. Not judging, just saying : )

  • lol the whale shark has an entourage

  • You guys are pros that's for sure!!

  • When was this dive done? Planning on going there in September...unfortunately not the high season for whale sharks.....hopefully some luck though in the few days I will have there.

  • i want that shark in my aquarium.

  • wow an amazing experience

  • yes but here as with most things there are no regulations, just money wins evert time,no matter who/what suffers.normal countries have strict regulations for good reasons/

  • Hands off the sharks!

  • ok,fair enough,i dove with them in australia a few times, but was never allowed to get too close.

hey are you interested in 500 w underwater scooters? im selling them for 4000 bht,the most powerfull ones there are.they will be on samui in 3 weeks, got 20 of them ,more to come-rob 0813708638

  • looks like a lot of divers pestering a beautifull animal, getting too close to it.

  • @samuisfireworkshop one of the dives included this video is white rock and yes on that day there were a lot of people in the water as the dive site is very close to the island, but the funny thing about whale sharks is when people pester, chase or touch them they swim away and don't stay around.

Koh Tao is lucky to be one of the places were young come especially around the full moon when the island is busy, sometimes these young fish like to interact with divers and enjoy the bubbles.

  • @samuisfireworkshop if the poor animal didnt like it it would swim away, think about it its not on a leash and has the entire body of water to hide in...

  • whats the name of the song?

  • @mas8919 Brad Sucks - dropping out of school =)

  • i wan join

  • Thank you! and by the way, do you know if there is any good wreckdiving around Koh Tao?

  • @LinusLarsson88 there is some wreck sites in the Area, most of which are out of the limits of recreational diving, there is a few small boats (fishing boats and one small catamaran) which are shallow but would not really count. Recently a Technical Diving Boat called the Trident was sunk close to Shark Island which was organized by Jamie Mcleod, Master Divers, SSI Thailand and financial contributions from Many Dive shops and local businesses on the Island, she lies at bottom 35ms.

  • Thank you! and by the way, do you know if there is any good wreckdiving around Koh Tao?

  • @LinusLarsson88 Also this video was shot while diving with Coral Grand Divers located on Sairee Beach.

  • Thank you! Is ther any good wreckdiving on Koh Tao?

  • I´m going to Koh Tao jan-feb 2011 to dive. And I wonder how big my chances are to see a whale shark??

  • @LinusLarsson88 it very special to see these beautiful creatures and there's is always a chance, but in my experience around the fullmoon is the best possibility, good luck though and if you are looking for somewhere to dive this was filmed while diving with Coral Grand Divers on Sairee Beach.
