  • Hey there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • Great workout! I just tried this for the first time and barely got through it. My question is - if it do this video 3 times a week, is this enough cardio? As a woman who despises any walking, and stationary bikes this would be perfect. I also workout with Kettlebells. I hoping adding this to my program will burn those extra calories.

  • @justchekingin1 - Thanks for the props just checking. Yes this is a toughy, but great for fat burning and conditioning. I would not do it 3x a week, becaues it does have plyometrics involved and you want to ensure you do give your muscles enough time to recover and recoup, so you don't get injured. 2x per week is great BUT...

If you use kettlebells and want an amazing cardio, fat loss, muscle and strength building program that is free, then go to my spartacusworkout website and it your set

  • HOLY COW.....he is a cardio BEAST! Love it!

  • This is a great exercise

  • Holla! Have you considered intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • @kousiman1 Hello Kousiman, Thanks for the comment and the props - Actually they are all plyometric exercises, especially the 3rd exercise which are Tuck jumps, Explosive, quick Twitch Muscle fibre movements. The Mountain Climbers work on quick explosive movements from the lower body, while stengthening the core and upper body - Funk Roberts

  • 2nd and 3rd is not a plyometric muscle contraction exersice..

  • You're pure inspiration brotha!!!!!

  • Hey thanks for these videos man, i have a question though, Im a Mixed martial artist and want to soon compete in fights, However i have a fat percentage of 18%, is this a good workout to lower that to around 12%? with a good eating schedule ofcourse..thanks!

  • Use the tabata workouts as your cardio and still lift weights, kettlebells etc

You conditioning will go through the roof

  • @marcroops brotha that felt like I just ran a 150m rep for track and field training. thanks for the video.

  • Yo man I'm in pretty good shape, I would think, and I just tried these tabata workouts man and I couldn't even get through one round of the burpees.
