  • Wtf

  • just pour some peroxide in his ear. Why were there maggots in his ear anyways?

  • Pour some hydrogen peroxide in it.

    Good as new.

  • maggots don't eat healthy flesh. Look on here and you'll see they use maggots in the medical field to clean up infected skin.

  • @BeEnReDeEmEd That's a common misconception while maggots do eat mainly dead or necrotic tissue they will eat live tissue once they run out of dead flesh to eat. This is why in the medical field when they use the maggots they will remove them after 48 hours and reapply more if necessary. You see the maggots are feeding until they pupate and if they run out of dead flesh they will keep feeding on whatever is available until they become a fly this is why it is so important to remove them.

  • @BeEnReDeEmEd

My dog was eaten by maggots. He was alive. I was like you before...... ignorant. If i would have known it could have save my dog.

  • @rogerl52 I understand what you are saying, but in a controlled state, they are useful. I have had several dogs that we have helped who have been sick, hit by cars or been in fights. We have taken them in and gotten them well.

  • @BeEnReDeEmEd but I have seen what you are talking about..

  • listen, the maggots weren't there when the dog was alive! get it?

  • @BlueSoulJim They were there when the dog was alive the dog is in fact still alive in this video. What do you think they would bring a dead dog to the vets office to remove maggots from his ears? I assure you this dog is very much alive!

  • i think the dog was already dead and slowly decomposing before the maggots come!

  • @BlueSoulJim An animal dose not have too be dead for maggots to feed on them they can have a infection or necrosis and the flys will be attracted to the infection lay their eggs within the infection and there you have it maggots!

  • they should cremate this poor thing after putting him to sleep, or if already dead!

  • This makes me wanna cry, just imagining how much pain that poor dog must be in :'( little bastard maggots! :'(

  • This video was made in 2006. It seems to me that this dog probably didn't survive because of such a severe case like this. Also, the maggots were very close to the brain. rest in peace doggie :[

  • Comment removed

  • Poor dog, I dunno if he can survive to such an advanced state of Myiasis like this. I cannot imagine how much he was suffering. Soooo sad.

  • Ivermectine in it>>>>>

  • was the dog dead?

  • aweeeee poor doggy!!!!!

  • Find out who allowed this to happen. Sedate them, transfer the Maggots to them, (be sure they cant move) let them experiance what thos innovent puppy is going through, BECAUSE OF THEIR INDIFFERANCE. SICK F****S.

  • its dead.. RIGHT !?!?!

  • @TheDeathsMessenger of course it is dead.

  • @unowiel If the dog is dead why on earth would he be at an animal emergency care facility?

  • the dog got the maggots because a human did not take care of it, of course the one who took it to the hospital is the one of the best human of all. There are people who hava pets, and they do not give the proper treatment, lots of love, instead they hit them or leave them alone in a corner; that is human cruelty, sorry if you could not understand what I meant. :-). And you will be surprised what some "humans" do to other living beings. Do a small search, you will see.

  • Makes Me Sick. I Believe this was on An Animal precinct and they put the dog down because it was just tooo much work and too much damage done already.

    Poor fucking animal.

They need to do that to the person that caused that to that dog!

  • same question, it seems that it was alive, otherwise there is no use to take it to the doctor, poor dog, human cruelty

  • Human cruelty.... which is why someone brought it to an EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL to be treated.... And I dont think an human could caused this to a dog.

  • the dog got the maggots because a human did not take care of it, of course the one who took it to the hospital is the one of the best human of all. • Humans are cruel, is just the way we are. We have done far worse than this. Like waayyy beyond.

  • Yea, Unfortunately that is true, way beyonfd, but I try to keep that feature as away as possible, increase the passion for living things, exc for the ones who helped the dog, Nice talking to you GoodEvenings!

  • Dude, there is maggot therapy, but theres also maggot infestation, and eventually maggots do eat live flesh if they are not removed for awhile, usually they stick to dead skin, but in severe cases they continue to feed. This is not maggot therapy, this is a open wound after flies have layed eggs in it. I know they use them in medicine, but those are sterilized and covered, and they check to make sure they stop feeding.

  • Wow, my dog had an ear infection and i thought that was bad. Gah my ear hurts now. I flinched. I mean I never flinch and I flinched!

  • this disease is called myiasis

  • i am ,again , absolutely speechless.... i actually twitched while watching this.

  • Poor dog.

  • haha she said im tryin really hard not to vomit ..... made me laugh but true dat shit is disqusting

  • oh my god

  • "They" think that the video might be too scary--not pornographic!

Those maggots are FAST!! They move around so energetically that it would be hard to catch them. Aaaaiiiieeee!!

  • is the dog dead or alive?

  • That dog must be in so much fucking pain....holy shit

  • Nah, those are medical maggots that help to treat wounds, they eat the dead skin and dying meat in the dogs ear so the wound can heal a lot easier after. The maggots disinfect too!

  • Was this vid been marked as porn?! I see a "This vid may not be suitable for minors" message on the top of the vid! Who has flagged it??

  • lol, probably som strict parent who caught their 8 year old daughter watching is lol =P

  • They may say that it's sex :D all that we see here is a hole in the head of a dog peopled with maggots and not a sexual sport

The "This vid may not be suitable for minors" appears generally on the top of a porn vid

  • That poor lil doggy :(

  • poor dog!

  • 'im trying really hard not to vomit" thats mean go quit your job bitch

  • holy shit aww poor dog

  • friggin disgusting

  • wow they are just havin a party in there arent they?

  • The maggots are actually helping the dog out. But it looks pretty hideous!

  • if ur a guy then yes

  • Maggots only eat dead tissue they wont take so much as a nibble out of living tissue so they have various medical uses that may surprise you. African tribes use maggots to eat out the ear wax in their ears because they have no other safe way of cleaning there. That being said... those things are still really freaking disgusting!

  • Mannnn I doubt the ear wax thing.Earwax is a naturally occuring thing that you need, your not even supposed to get rid of that.

rest of post is agreed on tho

  • that made my skin crawl all day from watchin that

  • aww R.I.P dog :(

  • ahhhh why do epople put this on the internet haha

  • omg!

  • aw its dead. they were on the phone with the owner and they said they don't want the collar back. Thats so sad =[

  • TRYING REAL HARD NOT TO VOMIT LOL

  • omfg ia

  • cuts off when vet is saying "I'm trying hard not to vomit".... Well me too, gawd dammmmmmmn!

  • soo sad

  • Erm, seems I didn't reply directly to comments I was replying to, so if you could just delete the last two comments I made, that would be great...

  • FUCK aww that is just sick

  • Are you fucking kidding me the dog isnt alive on this video there has been to much damage to this poor creature how retarded can you be to think that this animal is alive while this is going on it has been dead for a while poor dog.

  • It could be alive, trust me

  • why is it at a vet if its dead ? p.s poor dog

  • They need to burn its body

  • omg:(

  • like i said previously...

"and if you reply back your more of a retard!! i feel sorry for you! you pity me! you worthless human!"

  • my god!!!!

  • guys maggots eat the infected skin

  • SOME maggots eat just dead skin, some will eat living skin I believe. My elderly dog got maggots because she was outside during the day, sometimes wet herself in her sleep, and had long fur so I didn't see them. They started to burrow under her skin. We had been talking about putting her down anyway, but the vets were all closed so we had to wait til the next day. She died that night :(

  • Im sorry to hear about that

  • there are maggots that eat live flesh.. you are correct!

  • just like there good dogs and bad there's also bad maggots too!

  • lol

  • you dont have why to like them? you're the dumb fuck. learn how to talk idiot.

  • the dog is not ugly. its people like you that do not take care of them and they end up like this. bastard.

  • The ear of the dog was already infected, the maggots are natural cleaners of wounds and infections, they're good for the dog, because theyre cleaning up the infected area... leaving the living flesh clean and healty!!!

:D Seeya. May god bless maggots

  • you must be kidding¡¡ u are talking about maggot teraphy, all right, but this is a miasis, search that word in google

  • r u out ur rabbit ass mind... for fucking sakes never become a vet doc i beg u....

  • @semillasdelorto

    you are ignorant

  • omg. i hate ppl who don't take care of their

dogs and ppl who abuse their animals.

    that poor dog ='[

  • Myiasis isn't a disease, it IS the larval infestation.

  • i believe the dog is dead because one of them says somethign about them not wanting the collar and when you put a dog down the onwers often keep the color to remeber them by.

  • shit this looks just like maggots in boys head

  • aww R.I.P dog :(

  • im so sorry doggy may ur soul rest in peace god or jesus please help this dog and anybody who has this disease from the bottom of my heart

  • i swear, i cant believe ppl would let their pets get to this stage. it's so sad. i hope that dog was ok. but it looked like it would have to be (euthonized)-sp?

  • I sure hope that the dog was ok. That is sure nasty... Who would ever let that happen to their dog?

  • thats fucken sick

  • omfgg u can hea themm movinng yucckkkkkkkkkkkkkk

i would cryy if the attacked my body like that

  • gross

  • Actually, maggots eats dead flesh. Medicine makes use of them all the time on living people. An organism can still be alive and have maggots eat parts of it, if those parts are dead flesh.

  • is that dog dead

  • thats accually really sad. I hope he wasnt in any pain.

  • OOOOHhh shit oh my got, that was the most gross thing i ever saw, i can handle some crazy shit ,but that got to me.

  • the dod is dead cause maggots eat dead animals

  • maggots eat dead meat! not dead animals

  • If an animal was alive, i'm pretty sure a maggot wouldn't try to eat it

  • Myiasis - A disease that results from the infestation by the larvae of flies on the body of animals...or humans. Look up "Maggots: on the Head of a boy" video - Classic example of the infection, BUT be warned...it's not pretty.

  • wow either the dogs dead and he isnt feeling the pain or the dog is alive and it feels like hes body is being ripped in half :S

  • well it looks like the poor dog i dead look at 0:03 when you can see his face he just looks dead doesnt blink or move at all

  • he sure was under drugs the whole time or else he would not stop from moving

  • poor dog :(

  • wtf

  • this is brutal to see,but i don´t want to know how bad this must be for this poor poor dog.

  • maggots are actually good, they eat infected meat in wound so u wont die in blood poisoning. They dont eat alive meat

  • Is that dogg dead or alive? cause there is to many of those things on it for it to be alive it looks like. They are all in the fur all over the body.

  • well they are helping whatever infection he has going so what's da prob?

  • holy shit

  • fucking gross!!!!!!!!!

  • What is this? I know the maggots aren't doing anything except eat the dead tissue, but would this perhaps be Gangrene?

  • Oh shit... poor dog T.T

  • i´ve seen that kind of syndrome but in humans only...first time i ever see this on an animal... cows a prone to have this, myabe pigs... but first time i ever see this on a dog... and it´s alive.

  • hey if its dead then maggots can get it but

    if its sleepin.......

  • The dog is not dead that's why they are about to do surgery. He is under anestesia for them to remove the maggots. This is the grossest saddest thing that i have ever seen on a live animal. If he were dead trust me they would have discarded him in a bag... trust me.

  • hey rebornresist, how bout ya bend that sweet sugar ass over and i spill a honey cos iready to rape

  • oh the poor thing thats so sad id laugh if it was a person... but a dog... thats too upsetting :'(

  • :( rest in pice "tears up"

  • im trying really hard not to vomit

  • fuck u cocksucker

  • y would u say that go to fuckin hell for sayin that and y is he stupid? fuck u I hope YOU die

  • aww poor dog r.i.p =[

  • omg that is so gross he is dead you can tell he is not moving one bit, and how would that even happen to his ear

  • Gross!!

  • Poor Doggy!!!! I hope the dog gets better. =(

  • some people can't write English for shit, take this for example

"poor dog, sacrifice him,is imposible remove that things"

    Fuck off!

  • words cannot describe the utter horror I feel right now

  • my old dog had thouse in its butt--hole. No lie. =/

Week later it was so sick it had to be putt down. =(

  • thats crazy. yesterday my dog had maggots removed from his right back leg.

  • omg thats sad

  • ITS SO SAD IT made me cry

  • The Dog is dead

  • poor dog, sacrifice him,is imposible remove that things

  • Hope hes not dead..

  • he probably is

  • And I think the dog is not dead, he got an anesthesia.

  • Maggot therapy can prove an effective alternative to conventional antibiotic or surgical treatments for certain kinds of gangrenous infections.Maggots are efficient, precise surgeons, devouring dead tissue from open wounds and wiping out bacteria by excreting a solution similar to ammonia. Maggots are now being used in some hospitals in the US, GB and Germany to treat bedsores, leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds and stubborn post-surgical infections. Gruesome but helpful!

  • poor thing :(

  • id rather have Mike Vick take care of my dog then that guy

  • is the poor thing dead

  • OMG ru serious

how can someone let that happen to that poor thing if i met the person that did that i would kick their ass soooo hard

  • man, poor dog

  • i like watch my ear out when i saw that

  • omggggggggggggg

  • it is realy actully good the maggoest were there if you notice you se no dead fles in the ear the maggest were laid there as eyes becuase of the dead tissue that was infected and rotton os groos as it my seem it was helping to dog maggost eat only the dead fleash becuase it is all mushey and they love it taht y during the civil war men with maggest infested wounds had less infestion

  • What Life did that poor dog live

  • I ain´t got no idea, but I do honestly hope, he´s better now (one way, or the other...)

  • hope it lives, but the ear is extremely close to the brain, and maggots are small, you dont know if the maggots got to its brain.

  • Normal maggots form your normal house flies only eat dead flesh

  • yeah the dog is dead.

  • don't be stuiped maggest only eat dead flesh message me back and i will get the hole info on it for yah

  • I wish that dog was alive ......but I hate those awful maggots!!!!!!!!!!

  • poor dog..

  • That's beyond disgusting. At first I was hoping the white stuff in her ear was just infection...not a layer of writhing, bubbling maggots. I hope she lives a long, happy life with a loving family.

  • That dog is alive, from what I know, read the dis. hes at a Emergency Hospital, he might have been knocked out with some medicine or something, incase they do sugery...which I doubt

  • Wow, I thought that seeing a cuterebra poking out of a canine scrotum was gross. This takes the cake!

  • is that dog alive or dead??

  • is that dog dead?

  • What? What?

    Bwahahaha! Oh... I feel sick

  • POOR DOG! I hope he's alright.

  • AAAh I do believe he is dead.

  • That has 2 be one of the most disturbing things ive ever seen, and ive seen ALOT of weird crap...

  • "I'm trying really hard no to vomit". True that! Still, poor dog... It's a shame they can get to this condition without any sort of intervention.
