My elderly dog got maggots because she was outside during the day, sometimes wet herself in her sleep, and had long fur so I didn't see them. They started to burrow under her skin. We had been talking about putting her down anyway, but the vets were all closed so we had to wait til the next day. She died that night :(

That's beyond disgusting. At first I was hoping the white stuff in her ear was just infection...not a layer of writhing, bubbling maggots. I hope she lives a long, happy life with a loving family.

That dog is alive, from what I know, read the dis. hes at a Emergency Hospital, he might have been knocked out with some medicine or something, incase they do sugery...which I doubt
