She´s not attractive ( she thinks she is) she has never been attractive - she is lazy and had plastic surgery on her fat flabby body ( my mom is older and has a better body with no surgery) and her voice sounds annoying - she can´t breath with her nose because she is damaged and laughs at her own jokes. In fact if you listen to both interviews in their entirety Joan's daughter Seabisquit even intimates toward the end that Joan is upset that Chelsea isn't "paying her dues to Joan" and running up to her and fawning all over Joan when they are at events together.
