  • getting ripped is very easy actually, you need to have a strict diet seems about right, but getting size and mass and being ripped is 100 times harder so why not just do a clean bulk for a year get some good gains and get ripped its more satisfying, but hey you can do whatever the fuck you wana do!!

  • I love this video cause it is very inspiring but I doubt that he did it in just 10 weeks, not that it is impossible but I really think there`s more to it. Anyway congratulations and let's not forget that every body is different, it must be easy for him to lose fat and gain muscle. So don`t be upset if you can`t reach your goal in only 10 weeks but with a good train, a nice diet and dedication there are no limits.

Many persons ARE willing to make financial sacrifices but some need a tad more detail before making these commitments. Based on comments it seems that this programme is an upgrade to its original but I cannot say. Some insight would be welcome.

  • I started this program 11 days ago and all I can think to say is wow. Ive lost 9 pounds and an inch and half off my waist. I feel better during the day and feel better about myself already. I cant wait to see what is to come in the next 8 weeks!

  • Chris, I just wanted to thank you. Before this, I'd tried a bunch of different workout plans and none of them worked like this one. In the first 2 weeks 12 pounds of fat was singed off my body and my entire body bulked up. I have a lot more confidence now, and I'm not that kid who can't do a single pull up anymore. My TSC 300 score went from 54 to 256 in 7 weeks, and has continued to climb since I restarted the program. I can't thank you enough for this.

  • I´m on day 15 now and have been keeping the program to the dot. The program said that i should be around 1800 kcal on the "burn-section" and ive been keeping below that all time and have 3-5 bonus activities during one week and still only lost like 1-2lbs. What did you do that was so special since you qoute: "burned 21 pounds in 21 days". I don´t understand this CK.

You were a bit fat on that, and then you turned fit, and then you turned a bit fat again and turned fit again?? fat is a bit harsh word, sorry.
