This is awesome man! I'm thinking of starting this monday. But the thing with this video is that you look a really ripped after 13 days aswell! i mean thats just two weeks! Anyway, awesome accomplishment man!

Chris, I just wanted to thank you. Before this, I'd tried a bunch of different workout plans and none of them worked like this one. In the first 2 weeks 12 pounds of fat was singed off my body and my entire body bulked up. I have a lot more confidence now, and I'm not that kid who can't do a single pull up anymore. My TSC 300 score went from 54 to 256 in 7 weeks, and has continued to climb since I restarted the program. I can't thank you enough for this.

I´m on day 15 now and have been keeping the program to the dot. @MrErnyy The program only uses 20 minute cardio sessions a few times per week. You need to follow the entire program to transform as quickly as possible.
