Virginia did a good job but I believe that Heather really deserved it. Besides I can't believe the sloths she choose for her team! Even though Keith cooked well she should have never choose him simply due to his exit. And I know they were pushing her against the corner about the money but she shouldn't have given in to that. As soon as she agreed to that I wanted her to lose more so, those donkeys didn't get anything! LoL

in my opinion, being asked to be a sous chef is a step backward. She may be too young to get the respect of others whom might be older than her as the executive chef. Then again, Gordan instead of out right firing her, giving her a chance being a sous chef, shows she has the abilities being a cook.
the one year contract thing was an eye opener but not entirely surprising. when you look back on the season you can see how ramsay tried to groom certain ppl into stronger leaders, which is his job. heather is a well rounded cook and the show gave her a much needed boost in her leadership skills which prepared her for the job at the red rock. being only a year but under another chef is another experience builder as she will be totally in charge of production at the red rock.

Two - They didn't show Chef Ramsey target someone with the champagne. Season 1 he went after Dewberry, season 4 it was Matt. I thought for sure he would go after Tom this season. It kinda shows who he doesn't respect.
She started cooking when she was taking care of her mother who had cancer. Her mother is in remission. I would get emotional too if my mother lived to see me reach my dreams, I would be emotional as well!

Throughout watching this whole thing on Youtube, I could totally relate to Virginia. I think she's great, but I'm glad Heather won. Sometimes you watch one of these reality shows and you just know someone wants the prize so much it'd be painful if they lost.
