you can do all them pushups to pump up ya chest, i got a twelve gauge mossberg, to pump up ya chest, have you gaspin for air after that shell hit ya vest
@etsak75 For strength do 5 sets of 5 or less reps. For endurance do 3 sets of 15+ reps. Or do whatever you want, as those are very generalized plans that will not be ideal for all. There is no one cookie cutter training program for everybody.
haha you're awesome dude! and one strong guy, I tried to do the double clap, but landed on my face and had the wind knocked out of me lol, but hey no pain no gain right
I think you may have inverted the hindu and the dive bomber. i guess it's the other way around: in hindu you swing back whereas in divebomber you just go back upwards.
@alkavadlo I'm doing what I can. I can currently do bent-knee dragon flags, and I tried an L-sit (close, but no cigar) but I'm a good deal away from being able to do a planche.
hey, good vid for push up variations - I'm just starting out. I noticed on your triple clap push up you arent keeping your body straight. I guess its just the body protecting itself as no one wants to fall flat on their face!!
@styXv3ngeance Thanks! Yeah my hips bend a little on the triple clap but I've never seen anyone do that exercise without a little hip movement. It would look cool if someone out there could though.
@alkavadlo i got to cadets and i dont want to make a new account but i used to be a gamer and i was checking my emails and remember'd about the parkour video i suggested and so i checked this video and all my friends that do parkour told me that even one of em who went to the Canadian forces
My overall body is in a good shape except for the chest which is loose and looks a little odd...which type of push up would you suggest to make my chest lean but not bulky.....?
will a plyometric pushup be the best or hindu or something else...
@tukesh It's all good so do a little bit of everything. If you have flab on your chest though you're not going to spot reduce it with any exercise - you need to clean up your diet to get your body fat down.
great video. just one question. why u seperate ur legs and dont keep them close together? from the jump ones and afterwards u splitted ur legs. for better balance?
5* great variatonss and agreed with rmsolympic1!! u do some of the best cali-workout videos out there that anybody can follow! which i think is something very important!
@itsapullingdogg The wide stance makes it a bit easier to stabilize during plyo push-ups and one arm push-ups. Check out the accompanying article on my blog by clicking the link in the description to read more about my techniques. Thanks for your comment - glad you've enjoyed my videos!
One of my favorite people to watch - excellent workouts and great strength on display - and you always explain things in an easily grasped way. And also, you seem pretty humble n down-to-earth guy. Keep up the great work!
How long did it took u to get this ripped and how much training did it took u?

@benedictswb Doing push-ups will not effect your height. Your height is determined by genetics.

@ElephantRage I stand by what I put forth in the video. But as long as you train hard, it really doesn't matter what you call them.
