And you may have been a fan since 1982, but Lady Gaga was born in 1986. It is very possible that she didn't even know about this performance.
Ya know, I've always felt that Annie Lennox was very androgynous while I was growing up but as I got older, I realized I always had an endearing attraction to her. Look at those eyes. No matter how she looked, image, etc, I was always programmed to see right through it to the pure sex appeal. Not to mention her stage presence and vocal prowess is uncanny. Even through the hoarseness of her voice here, I dont care. She is just pure elegance.

@mrfrogbutt1 My apologies, but it is printed in more than one website/book about Elvis and/or the Eurythmics. So it appears it could be from the video Who's That Girl, and I don't doubt that. But regardless, my point is still valid. Whether she dressed up as Elvis or not, people have been dressing up in drag for a very long time. Artists have influences. And you may have been a fan since 1982, but Lady Gaga was born in 1986. It is very possible that she didn't even know about this performance.

Ya know, I've always felt that Annie Lennox was very androgynous while I was growing up but as I got older, I realized I always had an endearing attraction to her. Look at those eyes. No matter how she looked, image, etc, I was always programmed to see right through it to the pure sex appeal. Not to mention her stage presence and vocal prowess is uncanny.
