I'm 14 and have lumps in both nipples for about 5 months now they havnt really gotten bigger nor smaller and have changed to a lumpy lump under both nipples the left nipple was smaller but 2 weeks ago it's now the same as the right I'm really confused I'm not overweight I'm extremely fit and exercise eat healthy so it's gotta be puberty an answer Asap will be great - and they change size alot like one hour might be huge and the next hour it will be small and poky

I have a like, small lump or so under my nipple when I press down on it, it hurts. Is it Cancer? It's been doing this for the last 3 months. First it was my left nipple, now it's my right. The left nipple has no lump and it feels normal.

@struggs26 No dude, I'm a guy. But, within last month I've been able to ask my Doctor and he said it's most likely Puberty. Nothing more than that. He said it'll go away after a while.

@sadsaladproductions i looked it up, and it may be something called "Gynecomastia" happens to 60% of kids during puberty, it will probably go away, if it doesn't talk to a doctor about it.

Oh I'm your age too, I had that problem around when I turned 14 last March, it last like 2 months and you got nothing to worry about. Men have breast tissue too, and that's when the little bit that's there forms.

@lorenz319 No, that is not (if your a teenager - highly likely its not). It's something called gyneclomastia. It's just a teeny increase in estrogen in your bodies hormone balance which will go away in the next few months. It isn't anything to be worried about. Its not unusual to have a bit of pain from touching it either.

Is there one where she does a testicular exam? I'd imagine not. Because on here women never examine men's special parts. You'll see men examining women's stuff and women examining women's stuff but never women examining mens delicates. Gosh I can't imagine why that is? Discrimination maybe?

pablon316 i had the same problem as you i am also 13 you may have breasst cancer but it is more likely that you have a testosterone build upo you will most likely grow a growth on the other brest you will most likely outgrow them in hishschool or early college but i would get urself checked out

It is possible but not common. You should get it checked out by a doctor. Changes in your nipples could be from puberty.

I doubt it very much , start checking when you reach 18 to 20

yes. cancer is possible at any age, in any tissue (it only needs cells). this form of cancer is rare though.
