Good news for you and your fellow workout partners...The Rip Trainer has a safety strap! It's just like a racquet ball racquet, if you let go, no problem...The safety cord will protect everyone!
Interesting and motivating... Sadly I'm a bit klutzy with exercise equipment and will be the person that takes out the entire group when she accidentally lets go of the bar... :( Can't tell you how many times I've sent a kettlebell flying. LOL
I have to admit I tried the suspension trainer and it is worth something, but this is just a try to make more money on old fame.........
