I've been having a somewhat similar problem. After going through the different problems my capture card works, however the problem i'm presented with now is that is says the current game i was using (COD Black Ops) can not play with PAL 60 settings. And when i use PAL 50 it goes black and white.

The CC i'm using is the EZCAP DC60+ 2.0 usb.

@D3ky11 Hey, I have done some research, it seems the easy cap you bought must be incompatible to pal 60. =( I made the same mistake, easy cap do have a model that works with pal 60 though, it's called the easycap 2.0 dc60+.

I can get it working on pal 50 fine, but there is no PAL 60 in the drop down.. I guess EasyCap doesn't support PAL 60?

@PhazeeGaming its capable of supporting it, but for some reason someone thought it clever to not put the support in the driver. if someone knew how a modded driver could make them work but I've been searching loads and found none so far :/

yeah, sorry, but your card's drivers need to be able to interpret PAL60 input. If not, PAL60 will not be in the list.

Nope. No Pal60 in the list for me. I think it might have something to do with the device intself, and that the method doesn't necessarily work on ANY cature card as empahsized in the title.
