A portion of these funds are repatriated to the US and doled out by the Israel lobby to influence Congress to maintain or further policies that are favourable to Israel, and in many instances, detrimental to US interests. WASHINGTON - Israeli officials warned the George W. Bush administration that an invasion of Iraq would be destabilising to the region and urged the United States to instead target Iran as the primary enemy, according to former administration official Lawrence Wilkerson.

Too much control therefore in any one group will breed resentment towards that group. The scapegoats ultimately will be the regular people who belong to that ethnic/culture/religious group! Read it again if need be so that you are clear that I oppose NOT a mixed race/cultural society and in fact I am 100% in favor of it!
