I love how the genre of music that takes the most skill to master gets the least recognition.... i mean there isnt any famous rock band that can keep up with any aspect of the broken result
@ilyalesana1 I agree with you 100%. Its quite sad that most people dont appreciate these masterpeices whom deserve recodnition worthy of mosarts. The scales and timings used are just too complicated to the unexperienced ear to appreciate and are thus mistaken for horrible non pre-meditated music, aka `shitty un-coordinated mumbo-jumbo!```When its actualy too professionaly coordinated yet again for the musicaly unexperienced ear to understand its pure talent/genious-ness!!! SUCH A PISS OFF!!!
Just curious but what the hell happened to aborted soul???? one of my favorite songs please re-post so i can listen to it again :) Keep rocking Officially one of my favorite bands :D
Talk about love at first listening!!!!!! I bought this CD right after I heard this song... This import was worth every single penny for my american dollers. Thanks Oabbasi for spreading this music out. I have already purchased about a dozen new CD's thanks to ya!!!! SUPPORT
WOW this is some seriously well fermented metal, South Africa is making me feel proud to be African.....too bad it's the only one of it's kind, if anyone knows of these guys whereabouts let me know
I rose from the dead Before mortal life The fear of immortality witnessed in their eyes So sick it's twisted how I appear to them With every prayer their life becomes my flesh Snapping the spinal chord I end their suffering Mending the dead beast my army is unleashed I walk with the dead devouring all life Separated from their corpses Their souls empower me Upon enlightenment My true quest was clear To seek the fraud these peasants hold so dear
@666metalsucks666 this really isnt death metal. but if you want some good melodic death metal you should check out a band called Blood Rainbow. Silly name, I know, but amazin band.
@666metalsucks666 you appreciate music i'm sure. so I'm not gonna hate on you cus you MIGHT not know as much as I feel I do when it comes to music. I study jazz theory and spend most of my time doing something that purtains to music, homie. Acting superior and talking down, boasting about how much I know more know than others on music won't help anything. How would anyone learn if they were ridiculed for not knowing more of the time than being exposed to something new?
@rouenea huh? you're a little presumptuous. what makes you assume i've never studied jazz theory? maybe i know just as much as you. i didn't really like jazz that much, but i played it for at least a year and knew plenty about it. jazz has it's own unique dissonance but i'm not a huge fan of what a lot of it sounds like, the drum beats for every song by almost every band were excruciatingly similar, i just got tired of it. it was a good phase but jazz isn't that cool. it's kind of boring.
wow. growls to the higher pitched screams, nice melodic riffs - killer. Makes me want to go rock my Destriers Gait (speaking of American bands!) album again. Who's the one donkey that voted it down?
idk why everyone feels that the u.s has the best music out there to begin with -_-. all we do is copy shit from other countries and we do it badly. foreign metal is where its at
@ShiningSpear ...that is just how it is period... Not every single band you find from any place in the world is going to be good, you have to look for something you like. There are just as many good metal bands here in the states as there are in any other country. It's just about preference because each country has their niche.
@h4unt3dfx I hope to god people dont use Suicide Silence or Impending Doom as a blueprint then. Most bands that get popular here just know how to write their name cool, make eye catching t shirts and make alot of noise. thats how they get onto hot topic shelves.
@h4unt3dfx ya but death metal was introduced in other countries as well. Countries like Sweden pioneered it over there. its just a different flavor than what we were making here.
this guys play really awesome they sound a lot like The Black Dahlia Murder, and they are one of the best bands from the states, good for south africa
pretty cool stuff.. and last thing id expect from south america... on another note why do foreign bands always sing in english? not that it bothers me.. just curious lol
@amerilias Hey dude, they are from South Africa, not South America. I presume they usually sing in English cause it makes them more accessible to English listeners...
I was looking for this an hour before you posted it because I saw it on GetMetal. Was frustrated to see it wasn't on here, so I just downloaded it right away to hear it, and this is among my faves on the album.
Glad you like it. The Broken Result currently doesn't have an itunes page to buy it from online. Sorry, but they are planning to establish one soon. So stick around
@ghostgate82 Come to South Africa, or good old mailing system, that's all I can think of. They do not have a digital distributor on itunes so there are no way of even getting a digital copy. But stick around, things are happening fast
Good Shit!, and these guys must be really obscure, they're not on encyclopaedia metallum. I hope somebody posts the whole album on youtube id really like to give it a listen

I want to seed, I want to feed
The destruction of martyrdom
The blood of the innocent sucked from thy soil
As my strength will be used for their will
For their will...
I am the spawn of awakening minds
A result of their desire
And as we burn the gates of the kingdom
I'll be quenching my thirst with fire.
