Isochronic Tones-Theta Waves

Will this help me charge my Amethyst crystal? I'm guessing I would just put my headphones over the crystal?

@MrChickenWings6 You'll get better results holding the crystal between your palms or hands while relaxing and listening to the music.

You don't need headphones for isochronic tones - that's just for binaural that emit a different tone in each ear.

If I used one single headphone(cuz the other ear won't work) would I get the same effects? From what i've read it'd work but I never could find a specific answer for the specifi quesion.

@iiTzHiiGHSToRiiEZ850 It'll still work. It would probably sound better with the two channels but you will still expereience brainwave entrainment.
