An easier way is to use a non-destructive DAW and effect a sampled organ and then re-amp it through a tube amp or re-wire through a tube emulator. Then just add some effects to the sound, maybe some reverb, flange, delay etc... Then you add a little white or pink noise to dirty the sound up. Those are just some easy tricks to make sounds sound better.
