1. search up kmew firmware

2.download update.pup

3. get usb make foler i root called ps3

4. inside that folder make a folder called update

p.s. both folders i caps or it wont work

5. pu i ps3 go to system update, select usb or watever and install and then u can install pkg. files

Did you hack it befor to get the challenge lobbies or did you use the jailbreak? Also i wanted to know if you had to have your ps3 on psn for the jailbreak to work?

@TheMrPhilmer I used the CFW to host challenge lobbies but you cant do the CFW now because there is now one out for FW3.56

Yeah if you were on the CFW you could be online, cause the CFW lets you install jailbroken apps on your ps3 (like SNES9x) plus play online, on the same console...

@1toRespectReggae You need to have a jailbroken PS3 so you have the option to install a .pkg file, and snes9x is a .pkg. You used to be able to use the 3.55 custom firmware but you cant now since the 3.56FW came out, unless you did the DNS bypass...

@alek212121 Okay, you need a signed one that will work on the custom firmware, do the following

1) Make sure it is signed

2) If it is signed change CFW

If you need help getting a signed one i could help you out...
