  • dam you are a master

  • How many work hours did you put on that dent? In sweden, we would just change the door... The man hours would be to expensive.

  • @jockas1

This particular job took all day. I do these big jobs for one reason and that's to learn more about metal. The next job will look so much easier and that's how you build experience and confidence. Many people do not want to lose their factory paint and are willing to pay me well to keep the value of the car.

  • Sal, Great Job !!!! Love the video

  • That defiantely was a job and I liked the tool you came up with. I definately can see the opportunities for its' use. Very nice work.

  • How about alum boat that is all welded? I have easy to access area and pretty simple ding have you tried working on boat like this.

  • Great job I have 2000 nissan crew cab frontier that has many dime sized door dings and few air soft shots on it. Could I expect this truck to look good again. I have never hired dent repair guy before.

  • That was good Sal. I enjoy doing the bigger stuff like you. Not sure I could have done that job, but never affraid to try. Where is a good source for learning how to drop liners and interior panels. Every vehicle is different and taking the dent out is not the problem, but accessing it is for me.

  • @stripermanly

Session #4 and #5 of my video course and show how to remove panels and what to look for when running into trouble. Once you are taught how to assess a panel, they are all the same.

  • congrats!!

  • Wow, i seriously didnt think you'd get it looking like that!

  • Nice job mate. that was a hairy repair!!

  • I believe that the intrusion bars in these volvo doors are made of 3mm+ thick aluminium... Very very tuff stuff

  • Nice work. I like how you combine pdr with traditional metal working. I think all of us can take some advice from you. I even bought your videos. Very informative. Can I ask ballpark what you charged for this repair?

  • Its unbelievable like magic.

  • What a skill ! Good job buddy ,

  • yo sal, this is mohammed and wassim from Syria, after watching this volvo job, you proved to the world that you're worthy of the name we gave to you," SAL THE MONSTER" great job man, can't wait for dvd #6. will you do one one training in Syria.LOL Take care ur off dolly tag team.

  • @mo70sy

I would definitely go to Syria, I think it would be enlightening for both of us. "off dolly tag team" would be awesome if you both could pull it off. You each would have to become a master of what part you play, slapper or pusher. It would take tremendous discipline on both your parts to stop and re-evaluate the situation as it evolves, remember the key part is to control the shapes of what you are pushing with. In PDR, slow is fast because the least pushes will win the day.

  • i am just blown away.YOU ARE AN ARTIST.

  • video taping a repair requires more time to finely detail the finish and therefore this job took all day, of course that include lunch breaks and lots of phone calls.

  • Hi!
