the initial price is pretty high but in the long run, the baja is a pretty nice deal. longer run times, no tuning and just easier to work with. i think 2 stroke is cheaper than nitro too.

i took reverse out but you can run the robinson setup and keep your reverse. Those gears are the shit for the revo! You wont ever need another spur gear.

hell yeah. The hpi baja rocks! Throw a rear dom pipe on it and run the hell out of it! No tuning, hard starting and you just use 2 stroke gas. Definatley the way to go.

Sirio .23 is a real good engine but it will cost about $50 bucks more than the picco .26 max. And the performance increase will be marginal at best. I have the picco .26 JL Red Dot engine in my T-maxx. I noticed a perfomance increase across the board compaired to the 3.3 I had in there. Lots more tourqe. More top end. Engine holds a tune better than the 3.3. Stay away from the Ofna picco motor mount though it is garbage. And to run 30% nitro or more you have to add a .1 mm shim to the head.

THe break-in took about 6 tanks before it was full out. It holds a tune great. I have had about 2 gallons ran through it and have only had to tune it around 4-5 times just because of weather changes.
