  • ACV helps so much with acid reflux!

  • Do u have dreadlocks? Lmao really, im curious about ur hair!

  • ACV is fab diluted with lots of water as a final rinse after shampooing. Scalp less itchy and oily. For acne I highly recommend colloidal silver. It's gentle and antiseptic xxx

  • I have personally taken apple cider vinegar for acid reflux and it cleared it up completely. I was on medicine that did not work and after about two weeks of the vinegar everyday a few times a day it cleared up.

  • I take apple cider vinegar with water

  • I started taking a teaspoon raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar every morning thinking this was gonna fix my digestion and skin. Before those 2 weeks were done I felt like my teeth were preparing to fall out and my knees/elbows started hurting when doing simple stuff - like walking. Too bad.

  • Now im not one for bug eyes for dreads but you can definitely rock them both :P (thats a compliment :] )

  • I. Love. your. Dreads.

  • @lustbydust Thanks! Gonna get yourself a set? :)

  • i take apple cider vinager pills and i've had pretty good results :) and i use it as a tones but its heavily diluted and mixed with lemon grass water, but i'm soon switching to the manuka honey mixture you use :)

  • @heykittyitskat Well if it works for you, feel free to mix a little ACV in with the manuka!

  • Thanks for the wonderful advice. your new background is breath taking really beautiful. I used the raw honey instead of soap for cleaning my face off at night in lew of makeup remover, its perfect. Id also like to know ur thoughts on the benefits of eating raw garlic. Its really helped my complexion. i eat 3 cloves a day, it really seems to keep the acne at bay. :) Thanks so much xoxoxo

  • @43kinski Hii... yeah garlic is supposed to be good for keeping bad bacteria in your gut down. I don't think garlic agrees with me though, but I'm glad to hear it's helped you!

  • Great video Avril! :-D (jk...I know you are not Avril Lavigne..he he) Apple cider vinegar helped to get rid of the eczema on my face. I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and one at night, followed by water. Over time I got used to the taste and it is not that strong anymore. Then I also put a mixture of 50% apple cider vinegar and 50% water in a spray bottle. After I cleansed my face, I sprayed it on my face, let it dry, then applied my moisturizer.

  • @beaubits Cool! That's great to know it worked so well for you!

  • =) stunner shades!

i live near the beach too!

  • @ernesdee2o916 In which part of the world? :)

  • @thelovevitamin well now I live in michigan which is really cold, hahha I should of waited till summer to move here. I live near the holland state park. Its really nice compare to some of the California beaches. So are you just in Australia until winter over?

  • @ernesdee2o916 Yep, we're going back to Canada in March

  • Because many people with acne overwash their face or have hard water, a product that's acidic like apple cider vinegar can serve as a toner. It restores the pH, while removing excess product residue and adding antioxidants that studies have proven are deficient in acneic skin. But since it's exfoliating, it can be rather harsh and disrupt our skin's balance just as much if we don't need to restore that pH--especially noteworthy for women because we have less acidic skin naturally.

  • @PowderedPeach Oh yes... I did know about the acidity of the skin and the acid mantle, and making sure not to wash with alkaline soaps. I forgot that PH is a point for apple cider vinegar! Thanks for reminding me! That's why i use honey - it's also slightly acidic.

  • Nice video! I appreciate that you're honest about what natural remedies you don't like. I wanted to add something to what you were saying about using apple cider vinegar topically. One of the main benefits of using apple cider vinegar for skin care is that it has a pH that's compatible with our skin's healthy pH. Like our stomach, our skin is naturally acidic, and many problems can arise when we disrupt our natural acid mantle. A lot of skin care products--namely soaps--are alkaline.

  • Wow, the water is so gorgeous!

  • Omg i was just going to say the same exact avril lavigne thing lolz oh and if you apply it on as a spot treatment, how long will it take for the zit or pimple to go away?

  • @AndIRememberedYou Ah that all depends on how stubborn your acne is :) Also, I always find that spot treating is more effective if you begin treating it right as you notice it's there, before it's turned into anything significant. Helps it go away before things get bad.

  • You look like Avril Lavigne here! You're so pretty! :)

  • @Courtski20 I actually am Avril Lavigne

  • I mix it with green tea and put it on my face before bed. Sometimes I put sugar in it and use it as an exfoliater. I also use an oatmeal face mask with honey and plain yogurt. I like it :)

  • @ReachfortheSky15 Cool! Awesome uses of great natural ingredients!!
