@LCServiceCorps Best practices would be the most helpful for my non-profits, I think. Many of them haven't joined Facebook or Twitter or any of that yet and as soon as I get my baseline measurements and asset mapping done, I'm going to help them create those social media outlets because on the whole, they don't exist...I'm definitely beginning at the beginning here!
