I'm getting a new phone and I'm getting a list of 1 of:

Expensive

Mid-range

Cheap(er)

For the expensive I've decided on the Samsung Galaxy S. But for the mid-range I'm torn between this and the Motorola XT720 as that seems to be exactly the same but with a 8 MP camera and £30 cheaper. Also does anyone know any good 'cheap' phones around £200? Atm I'm on HTC Wildfire for that.

I just purchased this phone the other day and I really love it. I think the pics and vids it takes are great. I think it is extremely fast when it comes to loading web pages and sending and receiving texts is a breeze. The screen is large enough to see without wondering what you're looking at. There are tons of apps and they are very useful. As with any smartphone, the battery doesn't last very long, but hopefully they come out with a better one soon.

@eduardopescado I really don't know about the HTC Legend. They don't sell it for the phone company that I am with. Like I said, I have The Motorola Milestone and I love it. It can do almost everything that my PC can do. I am very impressed with my phone. I have seen vids for the HTC Legend and it looks pretty cool.

I love this phone and it is available in my area with a really good phone company. They keep comparing this phone to those that are with phone companies that require you to sign a contract and charge outrageous amounts per month for phone service. I don't care how good a phone is. If it can't make my bed, brush my teeth and drive my car for me to work, then it is not worth it. The Milestone is an awesome phone and who cares what it looks like as long as it does what it is supposed to.

Can't decide between this and an iPhone 4 now lol. This is cheaper though, looks cooler and has a better camera. Until all cameras have a front and back camera this phone likely beats the iPhone. Market just need to include music and videos now like iTunes....

Disagree about the keyboard being fiddly to use (and not just because I have a Milestone) - this was one thing I was worried about when buying my original Milestone, since a lot of reviewers say the keyboard is uncomfortable. In my experience, it's fine - I guess it comes down to opinion though.
