Is this the fírst episode in season 1?

Here in Denmark, I haven't been able to follow the show. There's a lot I don't know about the characters and their history, like when did Meredith and Derek kiss for the firs time, when was Izzie seeing Alex etc. It's very confusing :s

You can watch the whole serie online, some episodes are hard to find, but they're all on the internet.

Meredith and Derek kissed for de first time on the first episode, "A hard day's night", they meet and have sex thee night before she enters as an intern in Seattle Grace.

Alex and Izzie "date" on season 2, but their relationship is kind of a mess, and they dont quite work out. Alex still has feelings for her though, im hoping they'll end up together.

You should be able to watch the whole episode on ABC's website, and this episode will be rerun again tonight in the U.S. before the second part airs Thursday.
