  • "Dont you prefer blondes?" 5:49 the girl behind him is like PICK ME!! PICK ME!! LOOL

  • Oh my god!!! The Asian guy... SWOOOOOON.

  • That girl has a PERFECT acting role.

  • My conclusion people who care about their kids, care about being sensititve!

  • LOL, ASIAN KIDS PLAY WITH WHITE DOLLS, YET THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ENJOYING THEIR CHINESE/KOREAN/FILIPINO ETC . HERITAGE.....

  • i think we are about 50 years past this. you dont even see rascism that much. maybe its my situation. im in the army and i work with a spectrum of different people. im just really tired of people wasting time on this issue.. or non-issue

  • toys are just toys. you can't teach your child about respecting others without them being in contact with people "outside" their ethnicity. as if preventing racism were that easy.

  • I was a white little blond girl growing up, and had Barbie dolls of all races. My two favorites were one that was black and one that was a redhead.

  • When I was young, my mother insisted on buying me black dolls solely for the first few years. At parties, I would sometimes feel jealous that all the other girls had white blonde dolls, but over time I began to notice they had not a single black doll because, as they put it, "they're just ugly!" The prouder I became of my black dolls, the prouder I became of myself, and the more my mother allowed spanish, asian, and white dolls. B4 I cud enjoy those, I had to enjoy the dolls that looked like me

  • @humbl3fact loved your comment.

  • @cherubicnerd thank you! :)

  • @humbl3fact you welcome! :P

  • @humbl3fact That's a great comment, i didn't think of that, although i probably should have.

  • @cheesydarkside thank you very much for that! And hey, it's alright, I just had to put another dimension into our perception of this video. :)

  • sadly, because of the way black people feel about themselves (less than whites, uglier than whites, etc.) is something that starts young and needs to be rectified. That's why the two scenarios are really different. That nanny is most likely frightened that the child wants the white doll because she may find it prettier than the black doll that's more similar to her. Remember that test where kids chose a white or black doll and most black kids chose the white doll?

  • the black nanny and the white mom were peeerrrrrtttyyyy

  • *Heart flutters* That last guy is amazing. MARRY ME!

  • I have a black and white blow up dolls they all feel the same to me.

  • the asian guy at the end was hot.

  • i'm white and i had a christie(black) rock n roll barbie doll(late nineties) and the asian one of the gen x barbies. I remember I didn't consider race, the christie dolls outfit i thought was the coolest.

  • ASIANS FOR THE WIN!!!

  • @goe5 yeah he a good guy :)

  • Amazing young man! :)

  • It's nice and all but I think asking everyone to leave each other might be too much. I think the best we can do is to not give a shit about other peoples differences.

  • Thumbs up if u want Ur kid to be like that awesome guy..

  • I'm not particularly supportive of Reverend Moon because his "church" is pretty corrupt in South Korea. However, I applaud the actions of the guy in this video.

  • perhaps high naturally in his Awesomeness. I dont care who you are you have to recognize his collectiveness as a result balance of righteousness.:)

  • Unificationist or whatever you wanna call it, that dude was BOSS!...... but he was also high off his ass....

  • 2:04 A WILD PIKACHU ATTACKS!!!!

  • the last guy is a clear evidance that Chirstianity is a loving race.

  • @darkapaul unificationists aren't christians

  • @darkapaul He's an example that Christians CAN be loving. You can't ignore the fact that some of them are absolutely awful, just like every other demographic.

  • @darkapaul Race? Huh?

  • I'm sorry, but that dude was fake-crying...other than that, he was very touching...

  • "Why is that the bad doll"

    "Because its brown"

    ah....from the mouth of babes.

  • Immanuel was Zen af.

  • A landmark study from the 1940's? You've got to be kidding me. How many black dolls could one actually buy in the 1940's? 0.0

  • He's creepy.

  • That guy is AWESOME!!! <3

  • @Glovefullavasoline how is a white child with a black doll racist? I think it's cute.

  • That Asian gentlemen is a rare character these days and I applaud him with a standing ovation. He is truly and amazing character and he is correct. We are all made in GODS eyes. Good job my friend.

  • sorry, but that last guy seems like he knew something was up...

  • I want to meet the last guy. he seems awesome!

  • This brought tears to my eyes. That last guy was so inspirational, and everything he said was true. we are all beautiful and equal in our own way. People divide people, not nations or color. But we are all just the same. I agree with everyone he said. There is not a lot of people like this Asian guy, in the world, which is very sad. We need more people like him!

  • i woulda told her off, not because i care about racism, but because i would have been trying to get in her pants. she was hot, and bitches respect men that disagree with them.

  • That 19 year old deserves a high five

  • When did Larry Flynt start walking?

  • @Glovefullavasoline That happened ages ago. No one alive today is responsible for that area. I think it is time to stop remebering the past and just be equals.

  • dude. can i date this guy? he is AWESOME. good for him....

  • Love for one another is stonger than the love of a 'higher being'. Believe in yourself! Such wonderful words to hear from a complete stranger.

  • yeah brother , were proud of you

  • dear god this asian guy just got major props from me much respect

  • The last guy made my day :)

  • chocolate face paint... epic. LOL

  • This show is interesting but I think they should try the same experiments in different locations (urban, suburban, rural)

  • The last guy's name is Immanuel Rinkema, from Unification Church which is where the title comes from. Half Japanese and Half Dutch, you can tell his parents did a great job.

  • I was taught from childhood that a person true worth lies within. That the color of their skin or the God that they pray to doesn't matter. We are all in this together and we are much better off learning to love one another for who we are. That young man has a good head on his shoulders and anyone who knows him is a better person just for knowing him. I

  • I used to work in retail and I have experienced this first hand. Mother's trying to get the same race doll for their child. I tell them to just get the doll that was available or the one the child wanted. The child will broaden his/her horizons, maybe even the parents.

  • black self racism,,,shame,,,Im asian, alot of my fellow dumb ass chinks are like that also

  • What's so terrible about preferring one races look? What's so horrible about prefering one races look?

  • @UrbyKris

Yeah, I don't think it's bad to like what a race looks like. I think the terrible part is the mom not allowing her daughter to express appreciation for others and their diversity. Liking the way a race looks is one thing, but allowing that alone to effect your respect for them is another thing. Every race would like to be accepted and appreciated, at least to a certain level.

  • White people cant believe somebody dont like them!!! LAMO

  • she took it too far when she said the girl couldnt have a redhead doll... GINGERS RULE

  • ASIANS ARE THE BEST!

  • Growing up I always had black baby dolls and white barbies, both blonde and brunette. But I always wanted red heads and Asian dolls but they were hard to find. Wow, what the guy said at the end was really touching. I'm 100% on board with everything he said.

Even though I'm not with the Unification Church (Rev. Moon funded my university, but he thinks he's Jesus reincarnated and calls himself the True Father and been arrested for tax frauds, so I'm not for that) they really do have good morals.

  • @OmgWowszers Hi, I can see that you are a good person, but the interpretation about Rev. Moon being a incarnation of Jesus is not correct. Rev. Moon is to continue to exercise the mission of Jesus. He never claimed to be Jesus. Jesus is one person, Rev. Moon is another person, but they exercise the same mission. About the charges that they did to him, start to change the world for better, challenges the established power and you see what happend to you. Ex: Julian Assange, Wikileaks.

  • I always had white dolls growing mostly because that's the only color they had. With most or all commercials advertising barbies or dolls of any kind they are usually white.

  • young guy very hot lol........

  • God damn, why do they keep changing the word from "black" to "African-American" every time they realize they're on camera.

  • im not racist, but white doll does look better than the black doll...

  • @sunnyboy8644 What do you mean better? Who looks better than Beyonce?

  • These experiments are great!

  • Kids dont se colours

  • @MALIRIPPA yes they do, it has been scientifically proven that 6 month year olds can and will notice if other children have a different skin color.

  • I wish everyone was as caring and compassionate as this young guy. His friends and family are extremely lucky.

  • oh my gosh, immanuel is a beautiful person, inside and out <3

  • It's no wonder why asians are ahead of us get respected in america ..

  • That young guy is just inspirational

  • the young guy is really inspirational and kind hearted ,kinda hot too actually lol

  • wow, that young guy at the end is a good example for all. he's such an inspiration.

  • Its a great response, but why call it "shocking"?

  • @blitzkaton Unificationist is a member of Unificationism.

  • @TheHeavenlySoldiers

    wats unificationism?

  • @wowwow180 Unificationism is a worldwide movement and worldview based on the teachings of Rev. Sun Myung Moon. The young man, Mr. Rinkema in the video is a second generation of the moment, that's why his called a young Unificationist, his parents was matched by Rev. Moon, Mr. Rinkema is half-Japanese and half-Dutch and has grown up in a church community in which mixed race is common and welcomed. The vision of Unificationism is to inherit true love of God.

  • @TheHeavenlySoldiers There are pychological effects of slavery that are still present in Black people today thats why is was important for the Black girls to have a Black doll you missed the entire point. The doll test was done on a group of Black children two years ago and they all still associated all of the negative characteristics with the Black doll and all of the positive with the white.

  • @wowwow180 Its a group that Unificationist belongs to...

    ( lol )

  • In the end, Father Moon's formula to world peace is real and practical. I am a Filipino, and Father Moon matched & married me to my Nepalese wife. Our children shall become inter-racial, inter-national, inter-religious, & inter-cultural children. Long Live World Peace!

  • that little kind said she didn't wanna play with the doll because it was round.

now people are racist against round people, just because i just so happen to be a little fatter than others doesn't mean i am any less than other people.

  • @ivanaeat She was acting she didnt mean it.

  • Comment removed

  • wow, the guy is not only beautiful on the inside, he's also handsome, whoever is his lover is the luckiest person

  • I commend him for his empathy and action. But seriously, it is the 21st century and to still have such delusions about "god" is very frustrating. Nature 'created us' and while we can develop the ability to see the beauty in every human being, that doesn't mean it is instinctual or innate. One must learn as they learn everything else.

  • i have a solution, make the doll green

  • awee i love the last guys reaction .! Thee teacher.! yaya <3

  • The Greatness of this young man shown, How the parents educate him, this the reality of the world today creating walls to ourself to others, We are one global familynunder God.

  • As a parent and a tax-paying working citizen, I rarely seen such an honest, natural young man like him. I am disappointed with our current politicians and the kind of problems we are facing daily in our lives and neighborhood. Thus, this is the kind of guy I will vote for the next President of USA or United Nations.

  • @myhourwithgod i loved this episode ONLY cuz of this guys words of wisdom....hey guyz im muslim i love the country i was born and raised in THE U.S im willing to lay my life for my country but dont hate on all muslims THUMBS UP..to support......

  • @myhourwithgod

United State and United Nation is the same thing.

  • @KINGZ44four Actually the United Nations is a world organization founded in 1945 in the hopes of stopping the problems that plague the world today; such as war, disease, terrorism, and famine.

The United States is a first world country within the continent of North America. So no, they are not the "same thing."

  • There have been just too much of sad news, war, conflict, tragedy etc. on tv, Now this is really, very refreshing and hopeful to see there are actually model of good character out there living among us. Credit goes to whoever molded this guy from young. May peace be on earth and many more good people of good Principles lead our society as living examples. I certainly will vote him for the next President of USA.

  • This is definitely an eye opening video for all of us especially living in a world with challenges economically, environmentally and culturally. If everyone on the planet can be educated like this young man here, then we have the solution to world peace. Leaders and educators should conduct a research on his educational exposure and upbringing so that we can have enrich our current character education in schools. We need to formulate a prototype character education that works.

  • This is a very educational video for leaders and parents regardless of backgrounds.

I must say this is a very inspiring video and interview of an individual who has good grounding in faith that is deep and at the same time very broad or universal, all in all a great testimony to Unificationism.
