If a champ has an annoying ability or somoene lets a champ farm that champ is OP...im sorry but any champ that gets over farmed or over fed is going to do really well due to the cash flow and items and if you dont know how to counter somone with an "annoying ability" yes they will be OP, only against you.

An OP champion is sion. He is a tank without tank items, has a stun and his ult grants him100% lifesteal, not to mention the bloodthirsters you'll probably get on him. Or, you can play him as AP sion, which pops his shield, stuns someone, then oblitherates him with said shield.

Most of those champs are nowhere near op, the only ones I find to be on the higher side but still easy to counter are ram and trynd... Trynd have people get thornmail and put an ignite/dot on him in his ult and he goes down, and Rammus.. Yeah his taunt is op, but get tenacity and it's easier to beat him down. all you have to do is get armor pen cuz that's his main strength, best bet would be black cleaver cuz it's armor reduction +45 which also lowers his ad due to his passive. Play smart, Win.

In team fights i wait for akali to jump out. Deceive, two shivs poison- hit( Because i have trinity force)+ ignite her=she has about 1/5hp left, if she doesnt die, she still cant continue fighting, so she backs away and is useless in team fight. LoL is about team work, know your role. Akali easily picks solo heroes.
