  • i listen to this song when I read, it helps me concentrate more.

  • It's Daniel Baremboim playing

  • I just really love the picture with this beautiful music from Johannes Back. Reminded me of when I read the book and how I loved the writing and listening to classical music. I'd say this rates as one of the best videos on youtube.

  • @addab Johann Bach*

  • Notice that Gould never observes the first repeat, whereas this performer does.

  • This is NOT 1981 Gould. I like Gould's performance, and this one too, but this is not his 1981 or 1955 recording.

  • как не хватает доктора Лектора в России чтобы съесть зажравшихся чиновников и олигархов

  • @VVL69 кишка у вас тонка без доктора Лектора самим позаботиться о своей стране

  • If you like this piece, then you'll want to know what it is......Glenn Gould Bach- Goldberg Variations, (1981 Recording) TRACK 1 Aria

  • @NYCRaffi This recording is not Glenn Gould 1981

  • @quinto34 I think it's Andras Schiff??

  • I love the senti-mentality of Lecter and all of his ways.

"People don't always tell you what they think... They just see to it that you don't advance in Life" - To Chief Inspector Pazzi.

  • The art of sociopathy and psychopathy.

  • "Ready when you are, Sergeant Pembry."

  • Although I do believe Buffallo Bill had better musical taste than Dr. Lecter, he's had me listening to this all day

  • Is this Barenboim playing?

  • So soothing it calms the mind ......nice.

  • I wouldn't have run across this piece had it not been for the Doctor.

  • Hannibal the Cannibal is one of the most complex villains in the history of literature. I love him.

  • The Silence Of The Lambs is my favourite film in the Hannibal Lecter series!
