  • they were a lot meaner in the wild west!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is not hurting them

  • @copperheadred1 You have that backwards. In the 'wild west' they needed these animals and injuring them was not an option. In the rodeo, these animals are expendable products. There's always replacements waiting their turn to be abused.

  • i hope all these people die a slow painful death.

  • They tried to twitch that horses nose. God these people are sick. >_<

  • @Atomicgreenpuppy not all twitches are bad. I don't personally use them, but my friend does to trim her horse because her mare is absolutely terrified of trimmers. They don't actually hurt the horse. I took a class on using them, but I avoid it because they do appear painful. No pain at all inflicted, unless they are misused. It just looks bad.

  • poor horses

  • I cant believe people find this event entertaining. The horses are stressed and panicked and the men look like jackasses. Its unessairly stressful and dangerous for the animals, dangerous for the humans, and not even interesting to watch. Whats wrong with these people?

  • i'm not even going to say anything, I can't. ok maybe i will! let go of the horse you idiot! and for heavens sake pick up the rope so the horse doesn't trip.... or worse. these people suck!

  • "Americans"...

  • we don't have a wild horse race at our rodeo anymore, and rules/penalties are no in play

  • STUPID!! terrirized horses because of americans thinking there doing the right thing

  • @halofreak1k3 putting clothes on dogs is NOT hardcore abuse! taking innocent wild horses and forcing saddles and strange men on them and beating them if they dont corroperate just for a freaking prize is abuse! and if you have something against rednecks and country people, dont watch videos like this!!

  • 1:03 "Noooooo....I don't WANT to go to school!"

  • 1st of all these animals hardly ever die in rodeos they dont get abused yea in this video that horse wouldnt get up because it was burnt out but it got bak up i dont agree with the fact that thr ropes that r tied around the horses neck was left there to the point where it could step on it u guys r acting like its hardcore animal abuse u wanna see hardcore animal abuse look at those little dogs that r forced 2 wear those clothes nd shit second of all it was created by the heartless those redneck

  • @halofreak1k3 You think putting clothes on little dogs is hard core abuse but intentionally = stressing out, harassing, twisting, yanking and making horses fall, get injured, possibly die just to win a prize isn't?

  • @SHARKonlineorg These horse get feed way better then a lot of peoples horses. they get grain and darn good hay!! have you ever been on a rough stock ranch that raises these horse? NO! I have a friend that raises broncs and bulls and they are treated like angels and are taken care of. they go and get bucked out then when they go home they get put into pasture and get green grass and taken care of so don't go around saying you no everything about this shit when you never lived it!!

  • @breakawayroper4ever And that's your excuse for harassing and injuring, and even killing these horses in the wild horse race?

  • @halofreak1k3 obviously you haven't worked with animals or horses because once you work with them you know whats right and wrong and learn to respect these beautiful creatures just you saying that the rodeo isn't cruel makes you just as bad or worse!!

  • no i didnt enjoy it

  • sometimes im ashamed to be apart of that human race...

  • iv only been riding for 2 mounth and those arnt wild there scaeard

  • is terrified omg

  • They aren't wild, they are TERRIFIED. This is cruel and shouldn't be permitted in America! I trained my own horse (From a breeder, not cruelly and possibly violently torn away from the wild) and treating him like that wouldn't help... I hate America, Dodge, Coke, and all other sponsers of this deadly event.

  • no wild horse is gona lay down like that.....

  • should call it brain-dead-days instead

  • Again, i don't see anything cruel here, just stupidity, i didn't see any of the horses get hit or beaten in anyway, just confused about what they people want, i even saw a a lot of the riders comfort their horses, and keep them calm while they did up the saddle. Haha, I seriously think that if you had your way, horses wouldn't be ridden at all.

  • @Angel89Ninja We pity any animals that may be in your 'care' if you actually find the handling of these horses acceptable.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Wheres like button on your comments?

  • @Angel89Ninja im with you there is no abuse or cruelty just cowboys with green horses that have little experience under saddle and a lot of energy

  • @huss16 There isn't a cowboy in rodeo, just wannabes who harass animals to try and make themselves feel like real men.

  • @SHARKonlineorg none the less they have enough knowedge to know how to threat their aniamls correctly, i understand that may see it as cruelity but the animals are not abused

  • @huss16 No, they don't. Footage of animals limping out or needing to be carted out of the arena because they can no longer walk on their own, or they're dying, is proof of that.

  • this makes me sick; this is a recipe for disaster. those horses could easily get injured & the fact that they horses are petrifed for people's enjoyment makes me sick! i hate people; they are cruel! thats why i work with animals.

  • How could anyone treat them like that, so misunderstood, here i sit dreaming of owning a horse whilst these lucky people own them but actually CHOOSE to mistreat them, breack my heart :'(

  • The wild horse race it one that need to be retired. Its a good way to get the horse hurt and the guys who think they are macho by doing it hurt or killed. One kick to the head and the only thing they would be riding is a wheelchair or a hearse. As for the horses they could end up being put down. Thise event is both dangerous to the horses as well as the people who inter in it.

  • I agree CFD isn't a very good rodeo. But the rodeos I go to, the horses aren't harmed and there are no wild horse races. But don't say all rodeos are bad, because there not. But I agree this one is pretty bad.

  • Fuxking sick bastards!!! NO MEANS "NO"

Why you idiots forcing the animal??

Hope you all got kicked and broke your spine

  • Gente estúpidaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, que se mueran estos malditos que le hacen daño a estos hermosos animalitos. Que Dios no tenga piedad con ellos.

  • i hope these cruel people burn in hell for this.

  • sometimes i wonder if human beings have any brains at all. i ride horses and train them and i would never evr treat my horses like tht

  • @rawr31000 We appreciate your post.

  • why be soooooooooooooooooo mean it is sad

  • this is horrible i have competed in a wild horse training race where you have 5 hours to train it but it is nothing like thid u have your own pen and all of thes people would have been illiminated and never allowed in there again

  • 1:20 who kicks a horse thats exausted and collapsed on the ground!!!! 1:25 RUN RUN AS FAR AND FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

  • Thanks for posting this video. I really miss Cheyenne and the "Daddy of them All". If you've never been to a rodeo, then don't go to Cheyenne Frontier Days first, because all the others pale in comparison.

  • @WyColoCowboy You're right. Other rodeos pale in comparison to CFD according to the sheer number of animal injuries and deaths occurring at CFD. CFD is one of the most abusive, animal-injuring rodeos we've ever documented.

  • @SHARKonlineorg It is rare for an animal to die in a rodeo. When you consider that literally over a thousand rodeo stock are used in the Daddy, more cowboys get hurt than animals.

  • @WyColoCowboy Unusual or not, that you're dismissive about any animal dying for fun and prizes tells everyone all they need to know about you.

  • @WyColoCowboy Yeah, more cowboys get hurt but there's this little thing that you have to consider: Cowboys are humans and have a choice in whether or not to compete in Cheyenne. But the animals used there don't. And you can disagree and make your little arguments that condone it all you want but that's the fact of the matter. Humans have free choice, animals like this do not.

  • the horses are scared to death most likely!

  • That's barbaric!!!!! WTF is wrong with these people?!

  • This certainly isnt right, it's causing way too much stress for these horses, and this is certainly not the most correct way to break in a horse, and i think its wrong to exploit the horses for entertainment, but I wouldn't call it abuse. Far worse things happen at this rodeo than what is happening here.

  • @eclecomte2 ""causing way too much stress"" ""its wrong to exploit the horses for entertainment, but I wouldn't call it abuse"" Then what do you consider wrong about it? What's so 'not abusive' about it? This event is proven to injure and kill horses.

  • I don't see a moment of abuse, none of those horses were hit, wipped, branded or beat, they're just Green horses (meaning untrained/ "wild") and the people handling them are not using anything other than a cotton lundge line and watch the scewbald paint, when the rope get's around his leg, they let go of the rope and let him go so he doesn't get tangled, this is a dramatization of how horses are broke(Trained to ride) all over the world everyday. SHARK, you need a dictionary to look up "abuse"

  • @popcorn200213 ""this is a dramatization of how horses are broke(Trained to ride) all over the world everyday."" If you have horses, we worry their welfare in your 'care'.

  • @popcorn200213 so,a horse being put in this arena terrified and unknowing being forced to be saddled and ridden in like 5 minutes when they have probably never seen a saddle before. everyday people who r smart slwly reveal the world of riding to a horse not shove it all into a time frame just to win money. A horse that doesnt want to be saddled lies down and gets tugged on and hit to the point tht it has t stand up.watch the video closer and ull see the truth.

  • @popcorn200213 Maybe you were not watching the video, that I dont know, but obviously you dont understand how frightened these poor animals are. They have probably never had anyone on their backs, and you think they are just "wild"? Why dont you watch it ALL next time. You dont know or dont realise how abusive this is. Look it up.

  • @popcorn200213, except all horses would prefer (and deserve!) a life without needless, man-made drama. Again, child, learn how to be a horsewoman, before you decide that wrestling an animal to the ground through sheer brute force is a good way to (cough) train horses. Sure, horses get broke this way. Is it the right way to do it? Uh, no. I take it you used this method with your cremello? It's done everyday, so I guess you did it too? Check out Xenophon. Might surprise you.

  • @MissSummer1025 just because they are wild doesn't mean they have to be taken out from the wild to be uncomfortably saddled up WITH NO PADS and be ridden

  • Good job for that bay horse he's just like nope not getting up and I feel so bad that the saddle slipped on that one horse that must be very uncofterable for the horse to run and jump like he was doing.

  • its not the horses fault. these stupid people blame it on the horses. they don't realize it might be scary to be surrounded by people and mistreated horses and idiots trying to put a saddle on them. so know one say this isn't abuse or cruel. because think about it! REALLY THINK ABOUT IT.... it is...

  • Why do they put horses in these situations?

  • I think that the people who comment just to argue who is wrong or right need to go watch some other video because As much as a horse is wild they shouldn't have to be forced to the ground with someone hanging off their face just to have a saddle put on them and when they don't want to get up the are jerked around or hit... Weather people want to see that as animal abuse or not it's a cruel form of fun... All horses are wild to a point weather you can ride the or not some ppl need to get a life

  • i have 7 horses and if i was in the crowd i would grabe a horse and escape

  • wow... no saddle pads

  • Who are these clowns, and what the hell are they doing to these horses?!

  • I hate Cheyenne Rodeo! i will sue them for life!:(

  • @bornin51 I totally agree

  • IF you just feel so bad for these horses that are NOT even getting hurt then why don't you go save some horses from people that actually do not even take care of them? Why don't you worry more about all of those starving horses in someones back yard some where forgoten and dieing? Like REALLY PEOPLE GO SAVE A HORSE THAT REALLY NEEDS HELP THESE ARE WAY OVER WELL TAKEN CARE OF...

  • @reasons099 Just watching this one video, everyone with a brain and heart can see the truth of how 'well taken care of' these animals are.

  • @reasons099 these horses are being are hurt if u cant see that there getting hurt u dont have a heart these poor horses!!!

  • They arent abused they are just wild.

  • @MissSummer1025 Certainly hope for the animals' sake that you don't have horses if you excuse this kind of unnecessary behavior towards animals, wild or not; and they are not wild, by the way.

  • @MissSummer1025 i train mustangs and own several, if you read the contract you must sign to get the horse after your have passed your background check and home inspection, i says that the horse is government property and they are not to be abused, or used for a bucking event, if your caught with a government branded horse in a bucking rodeo id hate to be you, those fines are pretty steep, and the horse is taken away, and none of those horses have a mustang brands

  • @MissSummer1025 they are not wild there just abused and terrified

  • I have been doing Rodeo since I was 5, and love it!!! MY horse always gets excited when were there, but people tend to think that rodeo is a horrible thing? I know very well that there are some horrible cases out there, and those people need to be sent to jail! I am not for wild horse races and I know thats wron! At my rodeo association, we do roping and speed classes. The horses are practiclly pampered and if there looks like a horse is sick or hurt, the cannot compete! So, all rodeo is not bad

  • terriable.

  • sick people do sick things

  • How can people buy a ticket to go see this... Sick.

  • Wheres the horse abuse? all i see is an average wild horse race...

  • @ImShady64, maybe you should stick to fake horses, then. Seems you like them pretty well. These are REAL horses. And they are not Wild. They are terrorized into "performing".

  • 1:00 smart horse !

  • I don't think there's much cruelty in rodeos, I've seen things far more terrible. Many people posting comment here just seem to go "awww poor horses" or "fucking cowboy idiots!" I don't think that's the point, some have never even been close to a horse in their lives. You don't know what real cruelty is or whay you may be talking about.

PS a smack on the rump for a horse is nothing, your hand goes sore before he may even notice.

  • @coyote094 Just because someone says 'aww poor horse' doesn't mean they don't know what cruelty is. Quite the opposite. They recognize the torment these animals are going through while you 'don't think' it's cruel.

  • @SHARKonlineorg I never stated my opinion about this not being cruel. Still I think they're merely pittying the animals because they are not being pampered or so. Not everything is pink and nice for humans or animals. I feel bad for the foal though, but accidents happen.

  • @coyote094 Since when is simply not putting animals in needless entertainment situations that have proven to be harmful 'being pampered'? It's more like common sense and respect for the animal to keep it away from proven harm.

  • @SHARKonlineorg There are always two sides of the coin and always one we do not see, like the cruelty and abuse in rodeos shown in your other videos, I do not support that and I admire the work you do for animals but I just think you're overreacting in this case. That's all. Your attention is needed elsewhere.

  • @coyote094 Our attention is right where it should be. Rodeo animals need someone to show what they are suffering through.

  • @coyote094 I have been around and owned horses my whole life. And yes- these cowboys who do "Wild Horse" races are fucking idiots! - smacking a horse on the rump isnt abuse- but what is seen here is-

  • This is stupid be gentle with the horse and they may stand there and let you ut the saddle on can t you see your tearing away trust it was hard work for cave man to build up a horses trust and you just go and waste it IT IS SO WRONG STOP IT !!!!!!

  • This is stupid be gentle with the horse and they may stand there and let you ut the saddle on can t you see your tearing away trust it was hard work for cave man to build up a horses trust and you just go and waste it IT IS SO WRONG STOP IT !!!!!!

  • awe hell that aint cruel, its just a bunch a cowboys lookin for a good buck. why do folks like you gotta put crap like this on here and complain and moan bout stuff you aint got a clue about? Just git on somewher else with your ignorance and leave the real rodeoers alone.

  • @RebelGirl104 Take your whining someplace else. We'll be exposing rodeo cruelty until rodeo stops tormenting, injuring and killing animals.

  • Theyre basically breaking horses the way a trainer does, it's just in like 5 min

  • @corkadork5000 Thanks for showing your complete ignorance.

  • @corkadork5000 I never seen any self respecting horse trainer handle his stock in this fashion. Any animal with the basic and NECESSARY groundwork shouldn't even be reacting that way in the first place. Clearly, each of those animals have been severely mishandled.

  • wat the hell them aint wild horses you need fresh picked stalions that have never even seen humans before then you have a show thats how it used to be in iowa and still is in sum places

  • 1:22 is my favourite part. That cowboy almost got hit in the head. I wish the horses knew that they can turn a kick out humans are not immune to it.

  • im not racists i hate even one equally but this is what the american dream is LOL yeh ok americans cold hearted and no shame!! its ok deep down u know ur ashamed of urself..karma is a bitch!! cowboys thats all they are nothing more and nothing else just cowboys here in australia cow boys are boggans try hards wannabes..we laugh at u..i feel for those horses its cruel..and it is CRUEL!!

  • this breaking my heart

  • I am just wondering it totally ok to say no..But may I use this in a video..i will give u credit for it..mail me any questions u might have :)

    -Shannon

  • @ILuvMe203 Yes, you may. Thank you.

  • fucking loser low life cowboys... CRUEL and terrorizing... unbelieveable!!

  • this is not cruel. if the horse was terrified it would run right over the people. you aint no horse owner like us. you have the sneakers whle we got the boots(: came to acountry world. my gosh people

  • @pluto1401 --> Clueless

  • @pluto1401 You have absoluty NO idea what you are talking about. You are a brainless idiot with no clue or heart! YOU ARE SICK!

  • You people are cry babies....Come on into our world and have a little fun.Drop the starbucks,Get off the fluffy chair and get some hair on your peaches before you choke on a veggie burger....Lettuce hurts too ya know...

If cows screwed like you queers. I would starve to death...

  • @wthjrtx1 Glad you admit the world of rodeo animal abuse is 'fun'. You help prove what we've been saying all along and we appreciate that.

  • @wthjrtx1 You help us all to see that you rodeo people are bainless. You have no idea what you are talking about! This is animals... They can't say no! Animals never let anyone know that they are in pain or suffer! You make then suffer.. And cry inside! You are sick, totally sick!

  • I hate this but if you think it's so horrible why were you there watching it?

  • @1xPonyPrincessx1 We were there to document the abuse that you admit you hate. Are you aware Wyoming exempts rodeo from animal cruelty laws, which means, animal abuse is legal in Wyoming rodeo arenas?

  • aww poor things stop this abuse now!!

  • They do these wild horse races up here in Montana. The horses are actually owned by different native Indian tribes and are bred thoroughbred horses conditioned for racing. From visual inspection, some of the horses are beautiful and taken very good care of. I attended a race one year for the fair and saw one thoroughbred reject the race altogether. The group handling the horse were very affectionate and understanding towards the filly. Later saw them bathing and brushing her at the stable barns.

  • when im reencarnated as a horse, if im ever sent to a rodeo im gonna roll on them then jump the fence

  • DId anyone happen to notice that all of them are haltered and not one of them appears to be head shy? Or how about the one that decided to lay down was not abused in any way to convince it to stand back up? How about how clean and healthy they looked? No? Your absolutely right those horses are horribly abused. How about turning your thoughts and energy into stopping the bigger problem of over-breeding. All those idiots out there that think they need to start a breeding program but cant afford

  • @caddywompus02 Thanks for debunking the rodeo lie that these are wild horses. And you should talk to rodoe stock contractors about over-breeding. They're some of the major culprits of producing excess horses. Just like puppy millers, animals are only products to them.

  • @caddywompus02 no your absolutely right, their not head shy, they are just running for their life. how fucking dumb do you have to be to see that these horses are terrified and doing everything they can to get away. and for the horse laying down, hes laying down cause he gives up he tried everything to get away and he was giving up. they broke his spirit. the only reason they had halters is cause they put them in chutes and force halters on them, not cause the horse let them put it on

  • @caddywompus02, They made up for that this year.Scrawny bunch, weedy lookin' in 2011.If they were starved, they wouldn't struggle, which they must, since they aren't given any option. Food and water are withheld, though, so they don't shit all over the place. To Feed a domestic animal is it's right, so saying they are well-fed is more money by the pound, for the stock-contractor. Did you happen to notice their belly lines, all cramped up like a heavin' horse? Nice. Falling down is such a treat.

  • @caddywompus02 That was sarcasm right? Haha I couldn't tell, because if these horses are dirty and unhealth then my dusty quarterhorses with some scratches on their bums must be emaciated and horribly abused xP

Also, over breeders never tend to notice how their actions have consequences way greater. Like a girl I knew bred horses then sold them to auction emmediately, warmblood foals, there's no stopping her, everyone's tried.

  • smart horse at 0:52

  • @Hydroxiide

first of all, if i was cruel to my dog, shed bite me. but im not and she loves me. if i whipped my horse, hed buck me of or bolt, but i dont and he cooperates.

second of all, horses are already ending up at slaughterhouses cuz of rodeos. their nicest, best tempered horses are sent to be killed cuz they wont buck. also, ur not worried about the millions of cows., chickens, pigs and turkeys that are slaughtered every day?

lastly, im an aethiest,so "lord" have mercy on your "soul"

  • To all of you who hate the rodeo but have horses, Yeah it's OK to keep a horse in a stall till your fat ass gets up on it for a few hours. Put 170 lbs of potatoes on your backs a couple hours a couple of times a week,. I've seen cruel acts and accidents in all types of human -horse contact. From the stall, pasture or arena.

  • @mdmanningjr These horses are intentionally tormented.

  • All u who say it's cruel please stfu "haters"

  • @JefeParker If you don't like hearing the truth about how cruel rodeo is to the animals, stay off our channel.

  • i dont know how those tame horses can trot past with demons on their back, and not even glance at their wild brothers how are in pain...

  • What happens to these horses after the "show"? I can only imagine how many of these poor animals end up at auction. :(

  • @GalisgiaSoquili If they can still walk, they'll be forced to do this again, if not, auction/processing.

  • @SHARKonlineorg That is beyond sick and the fact this is still legal is even sicker. I will never understand why people find this barbarism entertaining, especially those that claim to be horse lovers. My husband and I own 3 horses, and I won't even allow anyone to put a bit in their mouths, let alone condone something as cruel as this. I'm sure this is a stretch, but you wouldn't happen to know or have a guess as to what auctions these horses end up at, would you?

  • @GalisgiaSoquili Horse auctions take place all across the country. Not sure if there's a centralized online database of them.

  • All I see is a bunch of PETA wannabies. If I raised my horses and dogs the way you all see fit. The way that 'isn't cruel' I would have dogs that bit people, horses that stepped on, kicked, bared teeth at, or killed people. Lord have mercy on your souls. If you guys ever get all these laws to pass, there will be a mass increase in horses to slaughter. A mass purge of dogs into pounds. And our animals will start dying because WE can't handle them anymore.

Hope you can live with that.

  • @Hydroxiide This 'event' which was thought up by drunks and has been shown to injure and kill horses has nothing to do with raising or teaching an animal appropriate behavior. How idiotic you sound with your 'have mercy on your soul' nonsense. There is no reason whatsoever to be inhumane to an animal. Perhaps if you even understood what having a soul meant, you'd understand that.

  • SO CRUEL !!!!!!!!!

  • I don't see any abuse here... These horses are just not "broken" into a saddle, they're not trained. These men are being patient, and the horses are reacting naturally.

Some horses buck, and some lay down. These horses aren't used to the saddle. None of them are going to be traumatized by this. All of them were in good shape, and healthy. I see no abuse.

  • They have to get broke sometime! People need to chill, it's natural for a horse to buck at a saddle, and these guys handle it well by wrapping their arms around their head to calm them. Chill people.

  • @TheDenverOmelette This 'event' has nothing to do with breaking. You think people need to chill? You need to grow a heart and conscience and find entertainment that doesn't involve animal injuries and deaths for your amusement.

  • @SHARKonlineorg I think it's a dumbass way to break a horse, and the Cheyenne Rodeo handles it horribly. But I've seen "wild horse races" at other places that weren't half as bad and people shouldn't attack a whol industry for this stupid rodeo.

  • @TheDenverOmelette Don't know how to say this any other way that you'll understand: This event has nothing to do with breaking the horse. It's all and only about getting a saddle on, a rider into it, and making it across a 'finish line' so the idiots can win prizes. Then the horses go back into the pen to wait for the next round of idiots to try it again.

  • @TheDenverOmelette, another moron heard from.

  • How can they do this!? don't they see they hurt those beautiful horses! how can people ever watch this and enjoying there selfs! if I see this I don't want to be a human anymore... we need to stop this! but how!?

  • @ashwinZlover If your state exempts rodeo or livestock from its animal cruelty laws, contact your state legislators and demand the laws get changed. All animals should be protected, no exemptions.

  • when i saw the horses sadel slip i almost screemed that is one of the most scary thing that can hapen to a horse it just drivs them mad

  • This is so stupid. People are terrible. I FUCKING HATE RODEOS!

  • I hope the people get dragged 2 death.

  • That made me cry. Thats sick. I would of had to have people hold me back to keep me away from there, I would of been down there as soon as that horse hit the ground.

  • And to think I went to one of these with my Rodeo Lover Grandma. -_- She's definitely getting a talkin' too, no animals should ever be treated this way and it's sickening that horse lovers would do this, it's just sick!

  • @Kariskify Teach with education and compassion.

  • I rescued my mare from rodeo, she was gunna get sent to slaughter but now shes a great barrel horse :)

  • Real cowboys care about there horses :\

  • Also, is it just me, or is it incredibly dangerous for the horses to be given those headcollars with long stretches of rope attached? When they run off, they could easily step on the rope and send themselves somersaulting forward and do themselves a terrible injury, maybe even kill themselves. What idiots!

  • @babyminnow And that's exactly how a horse was killed during the filming of My Friend Flicka a couple years back.

  • @babyminnow . Exactly how a little cremelllo horse died at CFD, in the WHR, this year.

  • I'd much rather see wild horses out in the actual wild, roaming free; that would be truly beautiful and entertaining-or, if they are taken by people, looked after properly and introduced to people slowly. Don't really see why suffering is entertainment for some people....it's brutal how they wrestle with them and yank their heads about.

  • so hearthless

  • i'm flabbergasted, i had no idea that horses were treated so badly, now i feel awful. we don't treat our DOGS this cruelly, so why is this mistreatment of horses allowed?

  • @OzTerri Animal abuse is legal in Wyoming rodeo arenas.

  • @GypsyAivra: I can't believe anyone could be so dumb as to think they train these horses for the wild horse race. These poor animals are brought off pasture and put into a horrific sideshow, with screaming people, cannons booming and wanna-be cowboys knockings the crap out of them. THEY ARE TERRIFIED. Trained to do this, how RIDICULOUS!!!

  • if these horses were wild you wouldn't be able to get a halter on let alone get a human near them these horses are terorized and have had no one to care for them

  • The sport of rodeo is suppose to keep the ranching traditions alive. this is exactly how were broke to ride, mugg them down and buck them out.

  • @qhirder2005 The ranching tradition is alive at ranches. Rodeo is an unnecessary activity putting a black stain on the ranchers that keep their animals' health and welfare a priority.

  • @qhirder2005 you do know these horses arent actually wild right? there trained to do that

  • @GypsyAvira No animal is trained to be harassed.

  • @SHARKonlineorg exactly

  • @GypsyAvira , please, try to live in the real world. IF they ARE trained to do that, (which they are not), then why is it called the Wild Horse Race? I've never seen a horse trained to be terrified/terrorized/brutalized, except in this here (invented by drunks) "event". I am starting to understand why Monty Roberts has had such a tough time with y'all. You don't WANT to do it right. You WANT to see horses crash and burn. Sick, and twisted. That's rodeo.

  • @qhirder2005 , LOL, yeah, I know. And guess what?? Your horses then go to slaughter, when you're done with them. They are dangerous, and terrified of humans, for the rest of their days. I guess you've never heard about horsemanship?Didn't think so. SOME asshats "mugg 'em down and buck 'em out". Too bad they have never realized how stupid that method is. This is how DRUNKS do it. Try being sober. Just try. Horses can be broke, without ANY violence at ALL. No fun in that, though, is there?

  • The horse says: no, no please let me! But no one cares, the man says: oh please, let me show your pain to the whole world! how could they do that?? And anyone says STOP.

  • What makes me really mad is that the horses are all calm animals! The loud noises and disgusting brutes throwing their arms around a horses head is going to make it rear and buck! They would all have gladly stood nice for a saddle. The poor bay was just so god damn sick of it he gave up! He's hurt, tired and scared and they are smacking his poor nose to get him up so they can win some money. Fucking idiots

  • Poor horses:(

  • This is sickening. You 'cowboys' say it is not cruel, but you know it is. Do not deny it. Horses are supposed to be trained with kindness, patience, and truse. Not FORCE. Force should only be used on a horse who is ill tempered, and even that should not be painful in any way. This can cause pain, and if it is not caused in the process, it happens after. Sick cruel people. Brainless idiots, need some common sense knocked into them!
