We've cut them SO FUCKING much SINCE REAGAN, and it hasn't done much good. The rich just POCKETED the increased wealth from the cuts, not used it to 'create jobs.' Problem with Obama's bill. Paying companies to hire people is stupid. Look at every state that has had their hand in this plan. You pay companies to hire people. Money has to come from somewhere so taxes increase. Essentially you are paying more to get back less. They hire temp workers so they can get the 4000 then you are let go. You made 2000 so what do you do now? After paying taxes for the privilege of working you are left with 1500. That needs to get you by until your next job.
