That is an accident, they happen. These are the side effects of war, they are real, we haven't had to go through this because we only have two boarders and have fought for so many other countries' causes that we have allied protection. If you want to live in a camp and have no clean water and get shot accidentally, then stop helping the military and keep protesting. If you got in trouble then you weren't doing what you were supposed to. Military is following orders and getting the job done.
