The reason why the U.S. government instituted a policy of torture could be precisely because it is unreliable for garnering accurate intelligence. President Obama is probably the most caring and honest president in history. He is deeply loved my most Americans, and sortof liked by others. He is just one man, but there are many in the republican party who are still influencing government. Repubicans are into torture and abuse of non Anericans.
