Hi! Stepmania is completely free. Can be found at stepmania (dot) org.

The anime pack, however, is a bit more tricky to find, and you'd need to use eMule/eDonkey to get it, or spend a lot of time googleing for it.

Other songs can be found at DDRUK (dot) com and bemanistyle (dot) com. (both are free, but you need to make an account)

Of course there is, that's what I do (I don't have a camera)

I use SnagIt. Works pretty good (it's not free, but well, it can be found ;)). Some other programs may work.

You can find the song in the anime pack. I found it on eMule, but you should be able to just google it.

It took me about 15 times playing the song XD. So that's roughly 30mins. But I played DDR way too much at that time XD

Yep, you can. Just use a PS1 mat + USB adaptor (choose it well to avoid lags), or buy a USB mat.

it changes the speed of the arrows, constant speeds (no stops, no slowing down/speeding up), 400 is the speed (you can change that number)
