  • Love it when a 'dark' thing replies to a top comment with a Ridiculous idea!

  • 1. Honduras changed the law after the conspirators were convicted.

    2. In the pictured shipment more than 11K lobster tails were undersized.

    3. Several lobster tails had their eggs removed (in violation of fishing laws).

    4. The entire argument that he's a victim of "over-criminalization" is nuts. Drug dealers are just as much victims of "over-criminalization," as are assassins. Those are good paying jobs that the government just prohibits with "over-regulation" (read law-enforcement).

  • @darkhawk123 You have no idea.

  • @giwannabe13 Well that argument won me over.

  • @darkhawk123 youtube debates are pointless.

  • @darkhawk123 (It's not like anybody's gonna change his/her mind)

  • @giwannabe13 Okay, that argument won me over.

  • "the value of illegal lobsters exceeded 17.6 million dollars." "Honduran owner and U.S importer were involved in a money laundering scheme." @4:14

  • Hey America, how’s that New World Order & AMERIKAN Policed State working out for ya???

    The Fatherland- Nazi Germany

    The Motherland - Communist Russia

The Homeland – An Unspeakable BASTARD crossbreed of the two above!

    Velcome to za Homeland,

I always find it so funny at the amount of people in this county who think that the AMERIKAN Policed State is not going to have any effect on them at all. It is going to eventually make its way around to you one way or the other.

  • Overcriminalization? Try abuse of office. I thought one of the tenets of justice is that the punishment should fit the crime... if at all there was a crime? Or maybe dispensation of justice isn't a function of US courts nowadays

  • So sad, but I can't say that I'm in shock. Remember our two border agents that went to prison for doing their jobs. This goverment lacks common sence.

  • Who did he tick off? Crony capitalism is what it is...

  • absurd, ridiculous, and a total shame. They should throw the judge, prosecutor, and everyone involved in this conspiracy to imprison this man in jail themselves. Going to jail because the shipment wasn't in cardboard boxes? Plastic is better anyway it protects the lobster from freezerburn.

  • In the eyes of the police state, everyone is a criminal.

  • the dnr is very dangerous they can search for any game without a warrant they check your catch at any time on the boat or at the seafood store.

  • I am getting so tired of this goverment getting on our freedoms! It's time we tell the "KING" to go jump in the lake and REBEL!!!!!!!

  • Just one Example of How Big Government Destroys Freedom.

Fed Gov is Now officially OUT-OF-CONTROL!!!

  • @3martijns We all need the freedom to import undersize lobsters and harm vulnerable ecosystems in violation of treaties. That is what our founding fathers fought and died for.

  • This sort of thing happens more than you think. Look into the books "The Tyranny of Good Intentions" and "Three Felonies a Day" for starters.

  • @WelfareRobot I own lots of books about this...it's infuriating.

  • @WelfareRobot Then one nation under arrest

  • They came to his home with guns?! Are you serious? Also, 8 YEARS?!

  • @Vebrotube The actual shame is that they'll arrest productive people like this guy (or focus their efforts on non-crimes like speeding, which raise state revenues) and yet they will let actual criminals walk loose. You're lucky the US isn't as far gone as the UK in this respect.
