1. Honduras changed the law after the conspirators were convicted.

2. In the pictured shipment more than 11K lobster tails were undersized.

3. Several lobster tails had their eggs removed (in violation of fishing laws).

4. The entire argument that he's a victim of "over-criminalization" is nuts. Drug dealers are just as much victims of "over-criminalization," as are assassins. Those are good paying jobs that the government just prohibits with "over-regulation" (read law-enforcement).

@Vebrotube The actual shame is that they'll arrest productive people like this guy (or focus their efforts on non-crimes like speeding, which raise state revenues) and yet they will let actual criminals walk loose. You're lucky the US isn't as far gone as the UK in this respect.
