Very racist song, does not celebrate the value and contribution of new Australians or how far we've come as a society. The future Aussie is not "true blue", is not white and male. You know, it's people with attitudes like yours that cause racial tensions within society. You expect me to deny my heritage in favour of new Australians, but why should I? I don't label immigrants who celebrate Eid or Diwali for example as racist, so why should I be labelled racist for celebrating my heritage?

I'm also fifth generation Australian, and I'm entitled to celebrate what being Australian means to me, without it taking anything away from any contribution to Australia made by immigrants. My ancestors fought to make a home on the land, in between fighting for that home in two world wars, and this song is about a unique Australian attitude to life, hardship and endurance.
