What arrangement is this?

Tenor 2 and Tpt. 2 usually take the jazz (improv) solos so they sit nearest the rhythm section.

Yamaha all stars? They all play Yamaha instruments or what?

I would like to know what age these players are.

They're all students, some fresh out of high school, others in their sr. years of college

may be 1st tenor needs to listen 2dn tenor and 1st alto needs to listen bari

@saxplyr49 They did this in DE all-state Sr. Jazz band. Alto sits middle because saxline is to listen in. Tenor one on left end, the reason I was told to put tenor 2 next to tenor one was for like pablorenor said listening. but alto one always stays in middle cause they're the lead. TAATB is more tiditional and i think makes more sense but TTAAB is just a different way to think of it. now people even say it should be BTAAT
