nope, no traction control (other than the driver). miatas are famous for their handling ability. i also love the general exclaim uhp tires on my ride.... phenomenal price too! run them at about 26psi.

I have a 10AE with an M45 as well. Gauges look really nice white. How hard was it to make that change? Also, what's in the left "eyeball" vent?  Thanks for the video.

@aking8488 - the gauge faces were already changed out (from a mazdaspeed) when i got the car. i've read on doing the procedure and it's not terribly difficult. however, my gas gauge is about 1/8 tank off now - learned that the hard way! ;O)

i have an air/fuel gauge for the supercharger system in the left vent. i will eventually move it, add a boost gauge and move both to the left a-pillar..

@ilovecats748 - thanks. i was actually trying to practice my heel-toe braking but missed getting the throttle 'blipped' on several shifts. ;O) getting better at it though... it's taken while to get my size 13's comfortable in such a small foot well and make everything work together when i'm running hard...

Love the crucifix G meter. You should get on a skid pan and calibrate it. When reaches 50 degrees I am at 0.8 lateral g's...

Nice car! I have a black '97 with 87k miles. I was thinking about getting a jrsc. What are to downsides besides fuel economy?

@LogicRising - cooling and detonation or the two biggest. they are actually ties to each other. hot intake air temps from the blower cause the engine to fire pre-tdc which damages the pistons in those cylinders over time.

i would not buy a blower UNLESS you also could put a intercooler in at the same time IF you live in an area that sees 90+ degree summer days regularly.

hm.. my 10AE doesn't sound like that. How many miles are on your car? Mine has 150k, so it'd be hard for me to justify throwing a supercharger in it when I'll probably buy something faster in a year or two anyway..... sad... but anyway I'll never sell it either.

i've got 85k on it. the sound is coming from both the racing beat "twin-tip" (not their "dual exhaust") exhaust and primarily the roadster sport 2.5" mid-pipe from goodwyn racing. made a HUGE difference!

i LOVE my 10ae and don't see parting with it either....

i find the sc really enhances the miata in the corners. SO much quicker getting out of the turns. part way thru the video i actually left her in 3rd gear and still had plenty of torque coming out of the corners to stay with my friend...
