@elmanuel311 You must warm up before ANY exercise. It will prevent injury and it gets your blood running round your body.
Also, as you stretch before exercising, you stretch the muscle which causes it to become 'loose' meaning when you exercise you will be tensing a loose muscle making it grow bigger faster! :D I believe that's correct (remembering back from when I was at school studying GCSE PE!!!)

Hey Peter i saw your video and had an idea .... i used your workout with this timing - 1 min rep , 15 sec rest between rep , 2 min rest between sets - 4 sets i think this way its better :)
@stampeedproductions That sounds like a nice progression for the more advanced. If you want to go harder try 50/10 and only rest 1 min. between sets and repeat 5 times. So many ways to mix it up if tabatas have gotten too easy : )
