  • @elmanuel311 You must warm up before ANY exercise. It will prevent injury and it gets your blood running round your body.

    Also, as you stretch before exercising, you stretch the muscle which causes it to become 'loose' meaning when you exercise you will be tensing a loose muscle making it grow bigger faster! :D I believe that's correct (remembering back from when I was at school studying GCSE PE!!!)

  • @HardstyleAndrew1 try lifting them, if u cannot do more than 10 reps they are great :D try a weight that its liftable just not high reps :D

  • Hey Peter i saw your video and had an idea .... i used your workout with this timing - 1 min rep , 15 sec rest between rep , 2 min rest between sets - 4 sets i think this way its better :)

  • @stampeedproductions That sounds like a nice progression for the more advanced. If you want to go harder try 50/10 and only rest 1 min. between sets and repeat 5 times.  So many ways to mix it up if tabatas have gotten too easy : )

  • @moricestreet909 Well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Noone complained about the videos getting repetitive as far as I know and to be honest, every video felt unique.

  • @ALSxEditing True :) We are not here to show off and impress people with some fancy workouts or exercises; we care about making workouts that will get you results, full stop. You won’t see us do one arm pushups on our fingernails or dumbbells curls with our pinky’s :) You don’t need any of that BS to get results and burn fat fast. Do these workouts and you know they work, but then the people who do them already know that, the rest, stop hating and join in!
